I have no idea what people mean when they say their customer service is bad, I am always greeted right when I walk through that door and I leave with excellent service. They're extremely popular, especially in these early morning times, so yeah, sometimes they don't have my favorite kolache (which is a lie I like them all) and come on people open up and try some new ones if they don't have what your child-like taste buds want even tho you're 50. Family owned...

I went through the drive through this morning and got charged for the wrong thing...not a big deal, they were really busy, the total was around the same for what I ordered so I didn't mind the upcharge, but my Host Piper refused and quickly refunded me and charged me the correct amount. She was very friendly and was clearly working very hard, she even gave me a free drink token for the inconvenience, I'll be back whenever I'm in town.

These are definitely among my favorite kolaches out there. My favorites are the jalapeño poppers. The service could have been better (lady seemed a little rude and tried to rush us) but the kolaches are on point. Would recommend.
