Waited an 1 hour and a half for 2 lbs of crawfish , and a catfish plate. Other families ordered after us and got served and even finished their meals before we got ours. Said our order got mixed up, Didn’t even comp or anything , won’t be going back

The food is delicious and definitely worth visiting for the flavors. However, I believe the customer service could be improved. Also, the music was too loud. When going out to eat, you want to relax and have a conversation, but with the volume so high, it’s hard to fully enjoy the experience.
I hope they can adjust those details, because the food is truly excellent.

Came to the restaurant didn’t seem that busy there wasn’t a lot of to go orders going in and out. There’s probably five other tables there ended up waiting 15 minutes to get the food. There is no communication from any staff that the weight would be that long nor was there a conversation throughout those 50 minutes, took him about 17 minutes, just to bring us glasses of water that we just tap water put some ice in there. I feel like it can be cleaner. Never like you when there’s things that need to be fixed like the door knob in the men’s restroom. There’s no handle on the inside.
But when we did have service, it was friendly and courteous. It’s not proactive. It’s all reactionary.
Food was delicious freshly cooked hot flavorful so give it four stars for the food. It was great, not exceptional.
Service I gave a three stars because there’s average got more attention after we asked why the heck he was taking so long to get the food
The atmosphere I’m gonna give us three need to clean some things up. It’ll be faster at clearing tables. You have a more clean atmosphere.
I’d recommend it unfortunately in Houston, there are a ton of seafood restaurants so I probably won’t be back

I enjoyed my food, I got the fried Lobster, Fried fish and Fried shrimp. It came with 3 hush puppies and fries. I also tried the potatoes and corn. The meal came out within 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. I like the fact that you pay before you eat because I like to be able to just leave when I’m done. The hostess was super nice and kitchen staff would come out as well and check on you and your food.Overall it was a good experience 😊
DON’T COME HUNGRY We(2people) waited 1 hr+ at the Cypress location for our fried fish and 2 crab clusters($60). There was little people when we arrived. Then a party of 4 comes in while we were waiting and waits MAX 20min for their food and they all got pounds of crawfish and crab legs. :’(
Overpriced and overhyped . For $40 two little snow crab clusters 8 shrimps and sliced potatoes. Could have just left my potatoes whole . Could have been better if they had sauce but they just had straight butter and the spicy butter was not spicy at all . Definitely will never go back
