Nice restaurant, my chipotle chicken fajitas was very good and the plate was full. But the Queso loco bowl chips were ok but it'S fresher at Maderas. Bon restaurant, mon fajitas aux poulet/chipotle était très bon et l'assiette était très pleine ! MAis on peut voir que les chips chez MAderas sont plus fraiches.

Had the chicken fajitas with a side of black beans and Spanish rice. It was good though some things need to be changed to get to 5 stars. The chicken was great, cooked perfectly and the best part of the meal. They served it with a small dipping cup of butter. The butter was almost pure salt, way overly salty, and could not even taste the butter, which would have been a great addition to a fajita. The rice was undercooked slightly and not soft as Spanish rice should be, but the taste was spot on. I asked for corn tortillas, which were good, but they stuck together and all ripped whenever I tried to separate them. Black beans were excellent with onions in them. The staff was amazing. Pricing is very good as well. I'm hoping they tweak some things as stated to get to a 5 star. 1st time there, so I'm looking to see if the 2nd visit changes my rating. Hope so.

Enjoyed Happy Hour at La Viva with several family members! Enjoyed good drinks, good food and great company! Our server, Bella, was fantastic!My only issue was that we could not connect to their wifi.
