This franchise or corporation has Lost its standards on quality of food and customer service. They never seem to have corn tortillas and the flour tortillas do NOT look/feel/taste like flour tortillas. Custom service is a trait that apparently has become extinct.This goes to other locations as well.

Good tacos but service was bad. I was waiting in the pick- up line but instead my tacos were taken to the front counter when ready and no one one told me. ? my tacos got cold

The workers here actually know what they’re doing. They make the tacos well! Definitely one of the better Laredo Taco locations.
Poor service - clearly a training store. Only one or two of the ladies understand simple English for ordering tacos.No matter what your order, they will put BEANS on EVERYTHING!! Watch them CLOSELY or your taco WILL BE WRONG!
