V-tea Tapioca, Banh Mi, Snack

This place is perfect and their drinks are so good! I don’t trust many boba places but this one had my heart ❤️

Highly recommend this shop! I had the pork Banh Mi and butterfly tea, and it was exceptional. The sandwich was incredibly flavorful (seriously it's so good) and the tea was both delicious to drink and beautiful to look at.
Everything here is very reasonably priced and much more affordable than some other places I've frequented before.
I also had the pleasure of meeting two of the staff memebers who were incredibly kind and welcoming.
All in all, it's a super charming place. Definitely give it a try!

One word, delicious. Absolutely delicious! I can't believe the prices. The Banh Mi are amazing, so tasty and for such a good price. I've paid more for less. See my other reviews. This is my new go-to place for banh mi. I'm glad I stopped in.

A little hidden Gem
Glad i came here, the sizes of the drinks are big size and very affordable compared to other places i been. The sandwiches were so flavorful.Definitely will be back

I ordered some sandwiches and the quality of the ingredients has gone down significantly even though prices are still high. It didn't feel fresh. The meat was too salty and saggy. Also, I ordered a drink with less sugar but It was very sweet. I usually don't buy drinks due to high level of sugar so I spend $6 on a drink that I can't drink lol. I won't come back again.

Very cute boba shop. Interior is cozy, cute decor, and they have a claw machine on the side.

Got the butterfly milk tea with mango jelly. Drink was fresh, flavorful, and mango jelly was delicious.

Parking is easy, they have a free parking lot with plenty of space. Noise level is moderate inside. They have some music playing but not too loud. Have vegetarian/halal friendly options.

Would definitely recommend trying them out.

Fair price on banh mi and drinks! snack prices will make your stomach turn and cry. just sticl to the former 2 and youll be g2g.

I had been waiting since 4:21 PM, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. We waited a bit to get our drinks, which was understandable at first, but then there was a pretty long wait for our fries. By 5:05 PM, we were still waiting on our bánh mì, which was frustrating. The place wasn’t super busy, so I was surprised by how long everything took. I was really looking forward to trying this spot, but the slow service and lack of updates made it hard to fully enjoy. Hopefully just an off day, but it definitely could use better communication and flow.

I'm obsessed with supporting small businesses and this local gem has become my go-to spot for boba tea and snacks! 😉 Their drinks and snacks are incredibly delicious and it's a must-visit! 🤤 The food, vibes, and people are all amazing. ♥️

It’s recently under new management so if you been here in the past and you weren’t satisfied. Give it another chance you won’t regret it!
