Get Fresh Kumquat with crystal boba if you’re craving a drink that’s refreshing and citrusy!! My go to!Definitely one of my favorite study spots and there’s a lot of seating for study groups too.

Came here for a quick lunch and it was the best thing ever ! They recommend me the brown sugar milk tea and now it's all I ever drink also the banh mi is super yummy !! They keep this establishment pretty clean to so that's a plus ! Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to get a drink with no ice for the next morning. I asked if they could do no ice + don’t fillup to the top for the regular price. This is a practice common amongst Houston boba shops. Instead the person insisted they will still have to charge me the extra fee even without filling to the top. So then I asked could they just seal up the cup after I scoop out the ice. The response I got was: No that’s too complicated I don’t know how to do that. Honestly I’ve interacted with the owner before and they seemed nice. But this girl is clearly someone who has no business working in customer service.Needless to say, I considered coming back to try the sandwich, but I won’t be coming back after this experience. There are so many boba shops in Cypress, I wouldn’t bother with Vtea unless you want your asian drink being made by a surly faced hispanic woman.
