Great experience. My first time picking up at this store. Everything was perfect. What's not to love about pretzel pizzas! Great window staff member. I will go back!

Do not order food from here! Just called to put in a delivery for the next day and the lady put in my order with my cc information but the system declined the delivery but still charged my card. She then told me I’d have to come pick it up and I’m unable to do that so I told her I want to cancel the order, she said it’s already gone through and she hung up on me. Constantly called the store back and getting put on hold by the answering service with nobody ever answering.

Now I know why there's bad reviews at this place. Very bad service. I walked in and was the only customer there. No greetings, nothing. The worker in the back could see me as I could see her but no acknowledgement. The guy came from the back and was rude and when I asked for a pizza, he just took the pizza box and just threw it on the counter and just walked back to the back. Very disrespectful and, again, very rude. Then he jumps up and grabs onto something as if he was trying to do a pull up. I guess the cameras don't work for him to do that.

The pizza is fine, but the customer service is just awful. Employees have their headphones in and act like customers are an inconvenience.

All the same stuff everyone else said. 45 min wait for pizza pickup. Ignored me at the drive through. No communication with a waiting customer for the delay. Person out of uniform (separately hoping she’s not a manager)… basically rolled her eyes bc i was there.

Won’t be back.

This place is trash, literally stealing from their customers. Order pizza and a drink. Drink didn’t come and pizza was not what I ordered. Called the store and they never answered.

The staff that works here changes all the time. The shift managers can not handle their employees or the high pace stress. When you choose pick up in the drive thru they walk by the windows and just look at you like it is to much of a inconvenience to open the window and see what order you are picking up. I would say about 1/3 of the time you have to get out of your vehicle and go inside even though you choose drive thru. The employees always use the excuss it is a rush. Customers are filling up the lobby waiting on their orders and yes I do go in with a attitude because no one should have to sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes with cars behind them and then have to go in for a order of Crazy Bread. Customers leaning on the walls looking like they are about to fall asleep waiting for their orders. The staff is always playing around and like tonight they were understaffed and the new girl was filling the cooler when she should have been on the line making pizza's or packing the order so the Manager can get on the line and make the pizza's. The manager would not even address me or talk to me she had another girl who was on the line talk to me and stop and hand me my Crazy Bread after the manager just oacked it up. The manager should be the one handling disgruntled customers not regular employee's because the buck stops with management!! Just a little context on me I used to manage a fast paced pizza place in my late teens and early 20's in a town where we were the only Fast Food Pizza Joint (Domino's)in the town. It seems like to me the type of employees Little Ceasars hires like most places unfortunately the employees don't want to be there and could care less about the customers and the company because they can and will just move on to the next job if something happens to this one. It might be a low paying job and society might look down on these type of jobs but employees should never show that to customers. Their attitude should be this is the best place to work on the planet infront of customers because it is at that moment because someone is always in the shadows waiting for that great job to them to provide a living. I know a ton of homeless people that would give their best for any job including this one just for some income and food to eat. But unfortunately most can work because they have no residence or transportation to and from the job so they have to beg for money.
Photo's are from other Google Reviews showing thing were just as bad when they were taken.

This location has no customer service. They do not acknowledge anyone walking in waiting for service. 4 people in the back and 1 supposed to work the front. When I try to ask for my order he would just walk by and say one moment and stand in the back. Did this twice. Ridiculous!

Placed an order for a pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust pizza and they made me a regular stuffed pizza instead with cheese sauce, tried calling to speak with someone and was waiting for 10 minutes the first time and 5 minutes the second time. Didn’t realize the mistake until I was excited to eat the pizza at home and opened the box and surprise…not what I ordered.

The pizza was great but that’s about it. There is no speaker box nor posted menu outside so you just go straight to the window, which makes you wonder if the place is even open. There’s nobody there and the place looks empty besides a couple of boxes by the window…again making me wonder if it’s even open or if they’re packing up to leave the space. The girl comes to the window and takes my order, saying it will be 10 minutes and it’ll be at the front. I park and wait- Little Caesar’s at various locations (including this one) have done this and bring me the pizza when ready. It’s been 15 minutes and the lady in the car next to me goes inside after having been there since before I parked. She immediately comes back out with her pizza and looks annoyed. Once the 20 minute mark passes, I decide to go check my order since I only saw one other car besides mine and hers, and have seen two leave the drive thru with pizzas immediately, along with other to-go orders booked ahead of time. My pizza had been ready all that time. I asked if they don’t bring pizzas to the cars anymore and she said she couldn’t because she’s a minor and can’t leave the store alone. How is anyone supposed to know her age? She easily could have passed for being in her 20s- regardless, most people aren’t going to know about this rule and will be waiting outside much longer than necessary, assuming it’s just not ready and they’re busy or short staffed. This place seems to always run with just one person, sometimes two, but really two should be a minimum. Last time I came here- a couple of months ago- the cashier was extremely unprofessional. He was playing on his phone, complaining and scoffing at everything asked of him by whichever customer came in or to the window. A customer was speaking broken English to him but COULD be understood- I teach English to newcomers- and he was so incredibly impatient and unkind to him. His facial expressions and tone were very rude and most likely made the man feel very stupid, but especially when the cashier said, “you don’t even speak English.” I’m not sure if the man understood this entirely, but he ended up leaving when he asked for chicken and the cashier thought he was asking for chicken pizza rather than wings, and said they didn’t have that. Who’s the real dummy? As the customer left, the cashier said he had wasted his time. So so so unprofessional and discriminatory.

Horrible customer service! Please hire people who have some professionalism.

This location is the worst. First off, I got a notification my pizza was ready. I chose the drive thru pick up option. No one was attending the drive thru for 10+ minutes despite an empty lobby and multiple cars honking. Secondly, once I got inside it took them a year to find my order and give it to me. No greeting, no thank you for your patience, nothing. You can expect abysmal customer service. As for the food? My crazy puffs were CRAZY greasy. Literal grease coated the box. It was disgusting and frankly inedible. 0/10
