Clean store product filled up bread, wings sodas 😄. Ordered play fantastic four Pizza ask for well done it even says it on the receipt. I guess you get what you pay for it was only $8 in change what did I expect. I asked the gentleman to put it back in to make it well done what I got it back it looks horrible there's stuff sprinkled about. From the pictures it doesn't look like they know how to make a pizza 🍕🍕🍕

Ordered online and picked up around 30 min after. The pizza was all pepperoni, half jalapenos, half pineapple, extra sauce. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for awhile and they just cooked the ingredients and tossed them on the old pizza. There was no sauce on the pizza whatsoever. We got charged extra and they didn’t even do it right. How embarrassing, I would think it would be made fresh when it’s a special order, I wouldn’t recommend buying pizza at this location.

The prices are great, i always get the cheese stuffed crust. It's fabulous! They are pretty quick at finishing orders too, you maybe have to wait 10-15 minutes.

Ordered through a delivery service and I seriously have never received such a gross looking pizza. We paid for extra cheese and it seriously had barely any. It was just a dry crust with even drier sauce baked in. :/ I have no clue how anyone boxed that up and didn't see an issue with it🤷♀️

Came in and ordered 3 pizzas and all I requested was for them to freshly bake them straight from the oven and that I’m willing to wait, they told me sure no problem. After waiting 15 min they said your order is ready and then to come to find out they gave me all old inventory that’s just been sitting there smh. Do not come here when the younger black people are working there

I'm writing because I had the worst experience in my life at the Little Caesars store located on 529 in Cypress, TX. I'm unable to give an exact address because it is not listed on the receipt that I had to ask the worker for. I ordered my food, and the first employee told me to wait at the window; it will be a few minutes. The young man named Adair was nice, but when the other young man came to the window, he asked me to move. I told him I did not want to move because the last time I had to wait 30 minutes before I received my food. He continued to tell me I needed to move. I said to him, I wish to wait right here and the other young man told me I could. he then stated again I needed to move. I told him if I had to move, I wanted my money back. The young man and other staff refused to give me his name or the corporate phone number. All the time I was trying to get the number and the young man's name, they could have fixed my food. I asked him again what his name was, and he said Carlos, but I do not believe that is His name. I realize customer service is out the window these days, but spending your money and not receiving what you requested is so unfair. I know nothing will be done about this situation because no one cares anymore. I've decided to write and also start giving reviews on other platforms about the bad experience I have gone through because I never get a response from anyone higher up, so if nothing else, I can express to others about my bad experience so they won't have to go through the same thing.

I got the wrong order and when i called no one picked up and the call center was no help either
I’ve been ordering from here for a while now and a pattern I’m seeing is that it’s taking much and much longer for my order to come out, I don’t think it’s fair that this business only has up to 4 or maybe 5 employees working here. They should hire more people so these poor employees don’t have so much workload on them, even after they say my order is done I have to wait over 30 minutes to get my order and it’s freezing cold by then. Just because the line is so long, I know that the reason for this is because there’s barely any employees working here. I know it isn’t their fault they’re taking this long because even after all of this they’re very kind to me, do better Little Ceasers
