Add 80 minutes to your expected order time cause that has now happened at this location repeatedly.
Horrible, ordered online for pickup eta was 20-30 minutes no problem. Waited patiently for the app to say it was ready for pick up but never happened, went in to check and there was a line of cars waiting in the drive thru and people standing waiting for their pizzas. App never updated, nothing in the pizza portal. Left to go buy the kids food from McDonald’s instead and guess what “your pizza is ready” so drove back to get it and nope no pizzas. Never received our pizzas, donated my last dollar to this place! Go somewhere else because this has to be the worst location in H-Town.
The absolute worst Little Caesar location I have ever been to. The service is slow, the staff is incompetent and the pizza appeared to have a gallon on pizza sauce on each slice of pizza. They never answer the phone and the drive through wait time is 40 minutes plus. I will never return here. I will contact corporate in Michigan Tuesday.

This buissness needs to shut down, I waited for 30 minutes at the window for 2 hot and ready pizzas, there were two cars behind me that got out of line and went inside and got there pizza before me, 30 minutes later got my pizza, so much for it being “hot and ready” uncalled for!

Ordered online to pick up through drive thru thinking that would be the fastest option. Waited behind 2 vehicles for over 17 minutes for 1 pizza that was ready 2 minutes before I arrived. Eventually decided to go inside. One of the workers walked past me at the counter to hand a customer their pizza and then she went back to work on other pizzas and did not even acknowledge me. I waited at the counter for 1-2 mins more before I asked if anyone was working the front counter. The same woman said she would be with me in a moment. She continued working on at least 2 more pizzas before she came up to the counter where I proceeded to provide my name so she could hand me my pizza that was ready and waiting for me. I wasted at least 20 mins waiting to be given a pizza that was ready and paid for. Who is the manager at this place and why have they not trained the workers on how to deal with customers...or why do they not hire more people if they are shorthanded?

The service here sucks so bad. We where at the window for 10 minutes before someone took our order. Even after they took our order we had to wait even longer because the original guy that took it did not come back. Please do better.
Well… my expectations are always low when I’m considering a $5.99 pizza, so I went into my visit to this “well oiled pizza franchise” with the proper mindset. But like little John… This little Caesars gets low, and they managed to absolutely lower the floor for low expectations. I’m no Karen, seriously, I’m like the most kind customer anyone can ever have. I just don’t think the bar can get any lower for humanity than it already is, so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
Anyway back to the 5.99 pie… ordered in the app so I would be in and out. Waited in line 45 minutes to be told I had to wait another 10 minutes at the back of the cue. That 10 minutes turned into another 45. In wasted time… my 5.99 pizza cost me about $160.00 but true to form, it tasted every bit of 5.99!
Not sure who owns this restaurant, but you need to care more about people. Especially your employees who take the heat for you penny pinching on the number of employees working the store.

There was a lobby full of people with the kids working slowly and joking around with each other. My pizza took over an hour. And it was never loaded into the pizza portal. I'm taking home a cold pizza just because I wanted to get home. Save your money and don't go here.

Gave away all the pizzas when I had been waiting for over 15 minutes in drive thru window. Girl with nose piecing , even goes to the kitchen imagine nose leaks.. Crazy , I see why they have such low rating.

Recently the service here has been off the charts. All the women have been so exceptional. They messed up my order today but two different workers came and apologized and took responsibility and remade my order with urgency. It was such a great experience

I’ve tried to order the pretzel crust pizza twice from this location (cause my kids kept seeing the commercials and wanted to try it). Ordered online with delivery and both times I received the wrong order.
My kids don’t even like pepperoni pizza and that’s what I ended up with each time.
The first time I was annoyed but hey we all make mistakes but 0 for 2 is crazy. I’ve literally never had Little Caesar’s before and this is the first impression.

I mean its little cesars lol if you are looking fir a gold rating you probably won't get it. Service here is pretty good though
