As I write this review, I’ve been standing here for almost 10 minutes and not a single person has even acknowledged me… sooo I’ll just keep standing and writing this. Great customer service… I don’t think they even know I’m here.

Horrible service. Was on the phone for over 15 minutes and no one answered. If one goes in person to order through the drive through, they’ll take forever to get your order too.

Made the mistake and ordered from wrong location. Called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes just to only hear that my order was processed and I may not get a refund.

I just picked up a pizza for my son, and I'm very disappointed. It was burnt and overcooked. Very disappointed 😞

When Asia is in the store my food comes out perfect! Quick service with a smile and a wonderful hot & ready! Ask for Asia you can’t go wrong with bad service when she is there!

My girl got me right WHY the pepps not 5.50 no more but they get me right every time

Absolutely disappointing. We placed an order and waited two hours until we finally gave up and called customer support to cancel our order and got a full refund.

Ordered for pick up 6.18.2024. Order was not ready at pick up time. Girl who identified herself as the manager was playing around with a customer that she said was her brother's friend (I guess that was supposed to make me understand). Our order was incorrect and we were missing a pizza. I called to let them know and they told me I could return to the location to get a free pizza. I explained the pizza is not free because I already paid for it. I asked for a refund and was told they could not do a partial refund. When I asked for a credit on my account, the manager hung up on me. I was beyond mad ? but too far away to drive back to the store. I know it is inexpensive pizza but there is not reason for unprofessional and poor customer service.

They are unsanitary they touch products the trash can and they don't bother to wear gloves.Not only that for a hot and ready took more than an hour and no customers where there.

Placed an online order and the order was cancelled by this location because they had too many orders, and never received a refund from the restaurant, they are thieves! We have called for the last three months and never received any response/refund.

Not the employees fault but I find it very dumb that to take off all the UNNECESSARY ACCESS SAUCE you now get charged extra.
