Waiting 90 minutes after my order should have been done. No staffing and no process to manage orders.

Guy with red and yellow dreads was standing around texting, touching his head phones and hair while preparing orders without gloves or washing hands in between 🤮

Clearly this LOCATION is VERY short-staffed and in need of STAFF members … but it seems Orders aren’t ready when estimated - which IS mainly due to being short staffed !
I did order last minute and waited till my time indicated to pick up and waited over that time, but upon my early arrival, I noticed a lot of people coming for Orders and waiting as well for orderS being collected; WITH ONLY ONE GUY WORKING and clearly doing his best … observed no one else in the STORE…
COME on LIL Cesar’s you have a demand, the support of people willing and wanting your Pizza and more, SO PROPERLY STAFF this location … we all know the Staff Member working today isn’t going to stress how under pressure and staffed he was after 9 pm on a SUNDAY …

It’s outrageous to see only two people doing so much work!! The solution for them to deliver quickly is to put a minimum of 3 to 4 people. I love pizza but it’s a long waiting time because of so little work staff.

Place my order on the app and when I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza at the drive-thru I could not see anybody in the store. I waited almost 20 minutes and just left. Maybe they were overwhelmed being a Sunday night, people leaving the outlets and football on TV, but there is no reason for any of those employees to disregard the drive-thru. A $6 pizza was not worth my time sitting there and waiting any longer. Worst Little Caesars store I've ever been to.

Giving no stars for service.Because what do you mean you close at 11, and went by at 9 and we were told that you’re not accepting any new orders?

There’s a girl that take the orders and when there ready she doesn’t let the other’s employees hand out the pizzas she said just leave it there I’ll get to it. And she answers personal calls in the middle of taking an order and told me to wait she had to take the call

Ordered from Little Caesars and it was a total disappointment. The pizza was burnt, not “well done,” just straight-up burnt. On top of that, the breadsticks were a joke — so thin they were basically pencil-sized, dry, and honestly gross. Definitely not what I expect when I’m paying for food. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I received an email that my order was ready and when I went to the drive-thru, a young lady by the name Paige was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked about the pizza she said it wasn’t ready, and I stated I received an email saying it was.. her response, “Well, it’s not!” I then waited for additional 25 minute to finally just ask for a refund as the pizza still not ready!!! If it wasn’t for my kids wanting this crap, I wouldn’t have waited that long. Not again!!!

I ordered one pizza and waited in the pickup line for 45 minutes without anything coming to the window.
I left without ever receiving my pizza, despite already paying for it, including a tip.

Do NOT order food here! We waited for 1 hour for a pizza we ordered online and paid for. Many other people were waiting as long as well. (Both inside and outside!) The employees would not even come to the window. We finally left without our pizza! Never again! (I too would have given 0 stars if it was an option! )
