I got home with my to-go order of fajitas for 5 people.It wasn’t near enough! It was maybe enough for 3 people! They gave me very little chips! And not near enough fajitas! I am a trained chef, and this place is really skimping!! No bueno folks!

We went for a late 2pm lunch with 2 kids and my brother and wife after a baseball game.The wait for just water service was ridiculous! Eventually we got water, then it was another wait while our waiter had to make 3 tableside guacamole just to take our orders! Now it's really not that busy on Saturday at 2! My brother was just ready to walk out, but the kids were so hungry as one was a toddler and one had just played 2 games of baseball. The food was ok, nothing great, I felt it was a bit over priced, I ordered the queso for my nephew and I got the "chong" and water and my bill for myself was 30 bucks! I'm sure my brothers hit 100! Just a rotten experience all the way around. Just felt uncared for that's for sure.

Eff this place. Used to get the beef fajita and used to love it when it was marinated in lime juice. Now they suck, little to no lime flavor and amount of grilled onions given goes down every few months. Way too much money for this now. Asked server to add limes to take out order and he literally bagged my food up 5 min later and did not include. They don’t seem to care at the top with food quality and the rest of crew do the same. Good drinks but fajitas so overrated and expensive.

Don’t ever place a order to go for soup took 45 minutes to get the soup and when I spoke to the manager, he said didn’t even apologize or anything just handing me the soup?

We love this location for a few reasons!•The service has always been great, Marissa is one of our favorite servers!•The queso and house made flour tortillas are consistent and delicious, it's just like the other locations!•The patio is great & dog friendly! Plus the location is convenient for us!The things I wish they would improve on:• Their fish tacos suck, they are a completely different recipe from the original. The original Lupe's has AMAZING red fish tacos with a cabbage slaw that are just delightful!•The salsa is different from the original, it's "blended" vs the pico style at several other locations. I'm really not in love with either salsas to be honest. I love that they're chilled, but they need more cilantro and spice in my opinion.

Waiter stole my credit card info. I used to love this place until our last visit. I don’t know if our waiter or somebody he might’ve handed my card to charge us stole the info. Long story short, I got my new Disney Chase credit card that same day we ate at this place, literally didn’t use it anywhere before going here, I activated it by calling the number on the card, later that day I used once at this location LITERALLY only used it that same day at this place! Well we ate and food was great, went home and went to bed. Only to be woken up at like 3am with a charge alert on my phone that the same card had a charge for almost $200 for a train ticket in Japan. So yes! I know it had to be someone there that stole the info and must’ve sold the info. Luckily I froze the card on the Chase app right away. Called Chase the next day and they refunded me. Haven’t been back there ever since. Saturday I suggested my wife to go there and she looked at me like was crazy, she reminded me that this had happened. I had completely forgotten. So here I am late but writing this review months later.
