PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME COMING HERE LATE NIGHT BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT SERVE YOU.The place says it closes at 4am and the sign clearly is turned on and says “open”. I arrived at 02:36AM driving 25 mins. The door is locked and I see the workers are inside so I take a picture of the sign and go sit in my car. The guy who was inside comes and start throwing signs or talking from inside. I couldn’t hear but looked unprofessional. I’ve been to several locations of main bird and a consistent customer but never experienced this. I’m pretty sure the owner couldn’t care less about this review because there’s several other reviews and the crew is still unprofessional but people should be held accountable. Please change the hours or tell your workers to stop being lazy.This also happened to other customers in the past and is still happening without anything being done.

Sad to see this place going down, had a lot of potential. Went in a couple of nights ago, did not see the old manager Daniel just some other guy with a bad attitude. Interior reeks of black and milds, and staff is rude. Hope this place can turn it around and put some new leadership in place.

First of all, we were going to try out Red Chick'z. It was closed for some reason. So, it led us to Main Bird Hot Chicken. I want to make an emphasis that I'm not big on fried chicken. Came in and was greeted with a smile. Didn't have to wait long before me.and my family got our meal. Hot, fresh, and beautiful presentation. Fountain drinks are crisp ?. Tables could he a bit cleaner. But, man! This chicken blew my mind! I haven't had an experience with food like this in a while! So, with that being said. Main Birds Chicken is my new favorite place for me and my family. I truly don't think it can get better than this. May the Lord bless this amazing business in abundance. May He bless all personnel with perseverance and character. I had the privilege to meet the owner! Wonderful soul. I salute you, boss! Much love, the Ramirez family.

Went to Main Bird for a quick lunch this past Friday, was met with a rude, cashier/cook with shorter curly hair, wearing a chain and an unkempt beard. When I entered I waited at the counter for upwards of 10 minutes without being tended to, and when I did the man was unpleasant in almost every way. I attempted to provide the details about my online order but the man was unhelpful, and repeatedly told me that he “could not find it” until I had to pull up my receipt, effectively forcing him to recognize me. When I finally got the food the quality was up to standard, but the man’s attitude remained the same. When he went to the back I could hear him having the same rude attitude towards the other cooks. Unsure if there’s new management but when I’ve been in the past it was not this way.

I have ordered this place quite a few times because it use to be good. The quality of everything went down and the prices went up it seems. I’m always missing something. I usually get the chicken wrap and this last time I got it all it was, was a burnt piece of dry chicken and so so so much lettuce and absolutely nothing else. I NEVER get my ranch even if I pay extra for it and the fries are either bland or too salty. Y’all really need to pick a struggle because this ain’t it.

The food was okay. Definitely not as good as other chicken shops in Houston. The waffle fries were good with the slider combo, but the loaded Mac and cheese had barely and macaroni and instead it was mostly fries. As I'm eating it, it seems like more loaded fries than Mac and cheese. Also very little chicken pieces given.
Love this place!! The food is amazing and Tay keeps me laughing and has a smile on her face every time I come in plus she makes the best milkshakes. 100000/10!!
