Yummm I love the grilled cheese they have is delicious I haven't tried the lobster one I'm afraid I won't like it and the price is not that cheap. I also have tried the meatball ima and it is good as well.

Service and food are better at the original location on Shepherd. Reading some of these reviews, I don't think the suburbs are ready for this price point, or seafood that isn't fried shrimp.

I got the lobster roll and fries for my sister and I, and while the lobster tasted fresh, the sandwich as a whole was nothing to speak of. I am all about paying for good food, but $14 for half a roll of lightly toasted bread with lobster in it? nah. ...and it's not as if you're paying for a view or some sort. The cashier Vicky was a sweetheart though and I'd gladly eat there again for free.

Dont go here. Awful customer service. My order was missing items and what i did get was hardly anything. Manager conveniently was gone for the day at 2pm. Right after i got my wrong order. I was told id get called back after cashier called the manager. That was 2 days ago. Ill just go to subway from now on. At least they get your order right.

No thanks. I got a roll which is really just a sandwich. The lobster was cold and thick, almost chewy. It just wasn't enjoyable. The salt water taffy they give you was ok. Over all it's just eh. I wouldn't ever suggest this to a friend but if a group all wanted to go I would try something else.....I guess

I REALLY wanted to love this place. I love Lobster rolls and will drive out of the way for a decent one. I was disappointed by the lack of Lobster meat on such a huge roll. I would say the ratio is roughly twice as much bread as Lobster. The Clam Chowder was delicious. Hopefully they will make a change and either find a smaller roll or double the Lobster meat. This could be a 5 Star place with a just few tweaks to keep customers happy.

I been to their other location... but was so far away from my usual location... finally they open one near me... love their lobster roll!!! Must try!!! Also their employees are very friendly!!

Im so glad that Maine-ly has a location in Cypress! I used to frequent the one on Shepherd before I moved out here. When first looking at the menu people can seem to be overwhelmed by the prices, but you get a lot of lobster for the price you pay. I've had a few items there. I would recommend the clams, hamburger sandwich, lobster rolls, and lobster bisque. The sandwiches come on toasted French rolls which are amazing. My absolute favorite meal to get is a 1/2 lobster roll and a cup of lobster bisque. Dip your sandwich in the bisque to enter heaven! The crab rolls was only okay, but not something I would get again. Just FYI: A small order of fries is enough to split with two people.

This location is actually their second location, for some odd reason the first location ALWAYS ALWAYS taste so much better!!! Quick run down, I've never tried any other sandwiches from this place except their lobster rolls, I for introduced to it a few years back and when I tried it the first time at their first location on i45 Frwy it was AMAZING! No need to go to another state you has the bomb rolls here! So a few months later I bought it again and well let's just say it wasn't mind blowing like the first time, it was very bland, zero taste and no seasoning... not that it's suppose to be but it just taste like nothing... Fast forward to a few weeks ago..... I tried their second location, I was excited! Like omg I haven't had it in a while and I was craving, you know when you crave something you're totally excited? Well that was me, I went in for two rolls... and I got too excited and threw in the clam chowder. Let me just say, I killed that clam chowder with no hesitation and I thought to myself have u been missing out on this bomb chowder all these years or was I just hungry....†Oh I forgot to add that while I was throwing down the chowder I was also eating the rolls and yes my whole life flashed before me the chowder was bomb and I've been missing out on it all these years but the rolls are still under seasoned... â€

Good food however very pricey- I get it lobster is expensive- however the regular sandwich was really tiny for $14 and to me it didn't seem like enough lobster meat- I should have paid for extra meat to get more but then you are looking at over 20 bucks-the Whoopi pie was very dry and bland- best bet lobster roll with extra meat - skip the Whoopi's pies-

This place is so delocious. I am going to have to admit that I tried the food truck and was not impressed but wanted to give this place a second try and it blew me away with the taste and flavor! We did arrive 30 minutes before it closed on a Sunday and they were friendly and let us sample the soups. Oh my gosh, the soups were so good! I tried to get 2 large bowls od the mushroom brie bisque, but they only had enough left where I could order one. So, I ordered the mac & cheese large with $6 lobster. It was good but I am not a fan of the bread crumbs on top of the mac & cheese. My husband ordered the lobster small sandwich and a small fries. The small fries was a big size and the fries are so crisp and not burned... perfectly cooked and airy. Oh they are so good! My sister had two large soups, one mushroom and the other lobster bisque. She couldn't finish them because it was too much food for her. We all enjoyed our food and the lemonade is really good. So, good you will want to take some togo! Which is perfect because it was free refills! Right after we ate there, we were planning what to order next time. Guess what, my husband and I went there again a week later. Shhh, don't tell my sister. How can we not, it is so good! The only new items we had was the chicken salad sandwich and the shrimp sandwich (both good!) Go try and let me know what you think! - yeah prices are high but it is seafood, just it makes sense.

Nice parking lot in front. The employees are nice and helpful. We still got great service and food even though we arrived 30 minutes to closing. The soups were all good. My brother-in-law liked his lobster sandwich, but he will probably order it with extra meat next time. He said the bread with it was very tasty. He didn't like the bread when he had gone to their food truck in the past. He did like the one served here in the restaurant. The Mac and cheese with lobster was good also. I could still see the heat coming off the food after my sister had eaten it and then passed it to her husband to finish off. Their lemonade was also good. It was not to sweet and just perfect. Very refreshing. We will be back for sure.
