I’ve ordered wings from this establishment before and they were excellent! On Sunday, 12/9/23 I placed an order for 25 wings to be delivered. I knew exactly what I wanted and anxiously awaited the arrival of our dinner which was approximated 45-50 min. 1-2/2 hrs later the food arrived, not correct and cold. I called the store I ordered from and they were closed. I called next day to express my disappointment, and ask for my order to be done correctly and I would pick them up another day, NOT a refund. I was notified that was not possible, only a 30% discount on next time order from Manny’s. I am NOT satisfied! I am given owner’s number, so I call and recant situation, to which I am told again he could not remake my order 25 wings correctly another time; only 1/2 of my order - 13 wings or a single topping pizza and 10 wings. That is ridiculous! I even said to him I would NEVER pay $32.00 (which is what my bill was) for a 1-topping pizza ($9.99) and wings ($7.99). What a rip off! Other disturbing issue is the owner was telling me he couldn’t satisfy my request and make me whole for their mistakes because he would be fired, but he’d bring the situation to his next weekly meeting. That is insane!

I ordered by phone and drove to the Fry Road location to pick up my order, it was ready when I arrived, and the pizza was OK, but it was just pizza. I asked the lady at the counter when I paid for the pizza if they offered a military discount and she said they Do Not.. Being a veteran and this business offers no discounts to the guys and girls like me who have served my country, long and faithful I will not be returning to Manny’s pizza.

We get the taco pizza. Omg no one does this and why? I’m so glad they make it. It’s colorful and most importantly it’s so darn good. The meat and beans and veggies are a great combo. Keep it up. No one else does it.

Do not go here. Horrible service, awful pizza. I placed an order through the phone, the worker told us it would take 15 minutes. We got there 5 minutes later. We ended up waiting 45 min for 2 pizzas. The worker had a terrible attitude. She kept denying it was taking long. We ended up getting the pizza 45 min later and it was just awful. Couldn’t even eat 2 slices. Do not come here!

I ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T CHOOSE ZERO! This was the 1st time we ordered from them and it will be the last. They completely messed up our order & then she blamed me for "ordering the wrong thing" I would never ever order. I ordered A large mushroom & green pepper & I got a pepperoni mushroom. I DON'T EAT ANY KIND OF PORK, so I'd never order pork. I also ordered wings, extra well done not drenched in sauce & I got exactly what I didn't want. WASTE OF MONEY!
I had very high hopes for this place especially saying it’s New York Style pizza. I ordered 2 large pizzas we only ate 2 slices. The dough seemed old the sauce was the only decent part.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night but never received them. Driver insists he delivered to the right address and restaurant refuses to refund my money. The delivery driver either mistakenly delivered to wrong address or took them home for himself since was one of the last deliveries for the day. I spent an hour and a half on the phone last night with people with Slice app looking for my pizzas. Why would I do that if I had my pizzas? Very disappointed in this restaurant’s customer service. First and last time I am using this restaurant and the Slice app.

Absolutely delicious pizza. We had 5 pizzas delivered today from Mannys and everyone loved them. Fresh ingredients, good base, fair price. Customer service was better than most places now. Will definitely patron more often and highly recommend to others.
