I ordered a custom cookie heart cake and it was amazing!!! The staff go above and beyond to make sure the design turns out like the picture you bring in. My daughter loves her cake cause her love of Target shines through!!! Thank you ♥️

Friendly employees

This place has really poor upper management. I had a really good experience with the floor staff, especially the girl with green hair was very nice. The management bosses the employees around like their barking orders at prisoners. It really soured my experience. I don't think I'll be coming back here again. I don't appreciate belligerent managers.

Will never return again. They close at 9pm. We did arrive at 8:45pm, but they let us wait in line. Those in front of us got to order, mix their toppings, all got their orders. We begin to order, and the manager comes out and says he turned the slab off and we cannot mix toppings.

If the hours list until 9pm, the store should be fully functional until 9pm. And also, you should not have your customers wait in line only to find out they won’t properly serve them.

July 2nd Additional Feedback: The last 5 times I went to this Marble Slab, they have not been able to enter my visit with the Marble Slab Rewards nor have they been able to redeem my Rewards. Each time I go to the location on Spring Cypress, they have no issues giving me credit for my visit and redeeming my rewards. Very weird that the Bridgeland Marble Slab can’t seem to honor the Rewards Program. Very suspicious…

The icecream is so good, shout out to Nafi for good customer service. Nafi is the best. 10/10 recommend

The employee and manager both refused to make my ice cream. I’ve ordered the same thing for probably a decade or more. Flavor A with mix in, Flavor B with no mix in. They said I have to have a mix in into both flavors or it was a no go. I was stunned so I gave up. The service was slow. They were melting the ice cream due to their weighing process and hot instruments when mixing the ice cream so be prepared to be served melted ice cream. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to.
