$9 for one scoop of ice cream on a stale peanut bowl. My son and I couldn’t wait to get home so we could get the awful taste out of our mouths. With those pieces and quality we will go else where next time.

Ordered one scoop with waffle and was charged $8+! When questioning the price I was told that it is two scoops minimum, but the girl only gave me one scoop. I have a hard time believing that there is a minimum of two scoops. I had to ask her to give me the second if I have to pay for two.Would love to talk with the manager of the local shop about their training of the high school kids that work there. Unacceptable!

Every flavor's too sweet tried the double dark chocolate and it was basically sweet milk chocolate flavored. The ambience and toppings are nice.

I know prices are going up on everything but $6 bucks for a small?? Plus by the time it reaches your cup or cone it’s already melting… I recommend Dairy Queen

Great service!Tons of options! This location is especially nice as it is the Bridgeland Town Center and overlooking the lake, so very scenic and relaxing ! Great little spot for your family to grab some ice cream after dinner and take a stroll and enjoy the Houston weather

The ice cream is good but the staff is rude, the girl working here will not give you the flavor that you want because “she has to make it” and she acts as if she doesn’t understand what you are saying if you have an accent from another country, just unnecessary rudeness and bad vibes

Ice cream was okay. The walnuts were very stale and tasted like a bag or a container.
Every time I go the staff is terrible and seem like they hate being there the cookies don't seem fresh like days old. This last time the lady didn't even want to do her job of mixing the ice cream ingredients into the ice cream, which is literally the whole point. It's shame because it is a very convenient location and every time I go I'm disappointed.

One of the employees named, Eddie , has the worst manners and Customer Service I've ever witnessed in my entire life would not recommend this location. He is very argumentative, combative and Has extreme entitlement complex. I can only imagine how the other employees are
