The ice cream was fine, but the staff’s attitude wasn’t. They really need to improve their customer service when someone asks a question, they should respond politely instead of just pointing. Disrespectful.

so i was enjoying my lovely beautiful evening and i was craving some icecream so i told myself “let me goto marble slab” so i went and i got served some icecream by the manager mike… Not only that… SPIDERS CAME WITH IT ALSO!!! ?️?️

The employee that helped us was really nice but o a fellow employee was super rude to him and disrespectful for an honest mistake. He didnt help his other co worker with a larger group and helped us instead not realizing she needed help. The co worker that was rude had glasses and light brown hair and the nice employee was an Indian gentleman.

06/14/2024 I came to buy an ice cream at 3:30 p.m. the attention I received from the employee was terrible, zero hygiene control on more than one occasion touched the ice cream with his fingers and many of the ice creams could be seen that they were not at the right temperature, they looked melted!!
The quantities of ice cream are not respectively adequate for the price, I always come to this company to buy ice cream but it is the first time I come to this branch
Sincerely, you must train the employees, they are not strictly following the relevant hygiene measures!

I love and obsessed with marble slab . But the owner of this location is so cheap and only has oneemployee during the busiest time so the wait is 35+ minutes. Every time I come is new faces . Not only that put they serve you little ice cream when you are literally paying for a large.

My dad picked up some ice cream for me today and he asked the worker if they could put more ice cream because it had many air bubbles and spaces. It wasn’t even completely full. The worker only fixed one of them and refused to fix the other ice cream. He was extremely rude and made my dad very uncomfortable.I have never had an experience like this at this location and I am extremely disappointed. If I’m paying for a quart then i should actually be getting a quart of ice cream.
