Marco's Pizza

Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. This is the second time here recently I’ve called and had the pleasure of speaking with Alex. The website was giving me issues so I had to call in to see if there were any know issues. Instead, of trying to rush me off the phone after he answered my question. He offered to assist with taking my order. Not only was he a problem solver, he was very professional, helpful, and patient. Thank you Alex, and thank you Sunny for delivering hot pizza in a timely manner. Sunny thank you for the effective communication during delivery.

After waiting for an hour on my pizza I get told I have to wait another hour and half. The little white gentleman there who took care of me was so rude then I called to speak to someone he answered and get an attitude then tells me whatever then hung up . I tried calling him back to talk to him to tell him how unprofessional that was and he just wants to go ahead and put me on hold without saying anything. I think it is ridiculous. I have to wait for three hours to get my pizza. They’re online. Should be better about giving you a better time frame. So can choose if we want to wait three hours for pizza. This is unacceptable. I hope he gets consequences after this review..

We have been ordering from this location for years and always had good pizza.
But recently it has gone downhill. I don't know what is going on but the toppings are wrong and the pizzas are undercooked.

So I had pizza delivered and I put contactless delivery for a reason. I have a sleeping baby . So not only does he come ringing the doorbell but he then opens my receipt after I sign it and says “and the tip” . Like really , I don’t appreciate being asked where someone’s tip is included .

Food was excellent. Service even better. Store was out of 20oz root beer and they called and offered me a 2-liter. Delivery driver was awesome and professional. They forgot the salad and he went back to the store for it and came right back to bring it to us. Top notch service! Thank you guys!

My preferred pizza ! Fast orders and yummy pizza !!

First time trying Marco's 3/2025 the service was quick and polite. I was told it was Tuesday, so I'd be getting two pizzas for the price of one. I didn't have to wait long for my order. That's the end of the good. The pizza was not very good. I couldn't taste the sauce, some of the vegetables were raw, and the mushrooms were terrible quality. Have I had worse? Absolutely! But this was bad enough to keep me from returning. On the plus side, my two large pizzas were inexpensive.

They delivered me an undercooked pizza. We order from this location a lot and the delivery guys are always very nice but I had to put this back in my oven before I could let my kids eat it. Hopefully the staff is educated on the risks of consuming undercooked flour.

It took 45 mins passed the time I was giving for my food to be delivered. Then Owner/Manager stated that he would give me 25% off my order but never did. When I called back the worker stated that the owners makes promises all the time and never keeps his promises and proceed to get an attitude with me and hung up the phone. We add to wait an additional 45 minutes and the pizza was cold. So I just paid money for this place to give me bad service all the way around.

My baby has an allergy and this particular location and the other in Stafford was willing to accommodate ! Thank you again for the accommodation and TRULY means a lot when ur child can feel normal with something so simple.
