It took 45 mins passed the time I was giving for my food to be delivered. Then Owner/Manager stated that he would give me 25% off my order but never did. When I called back the worker stated that the owners makes promises all the time and never keeps his promises and proceed to get an attitude with me and hung up the phone. We add to wait an additional 45 minutes and the pizza was cold. So I just paid money for this place to give me bad service all the way around.

My baby has an allergy and this particular location and the other in Stafford was willing to accommodate ! Thank you again for the accommodation and TRULY means a lot when ur child can feel normal with something so simple.

This place has changed. The medium deluxe pizza was soggy. The online "deals" are deals for Marcos not the customers. Somehow 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $7.99 each comes out to $30. That's a clip job.

This is my favorite location. They are very friendly and good service. Pizza is ALWAYS, top-notch. Owner is great, as well. This establishment is also known for giving back to the community, which I love! ❤️

This past Friday, I ordered for pickup via Uber eats. When i arrived to the store, I was notified that they were still prepping one more item. I waited 15 minutes, then checked back in. I was told the same thing.About 10 minutes later, another worker asked what I was waiting for and they told me my order was already picked up.This confuses me as someone would've had to use me name to pick up my order.I've placed the order and was at store with five minutes, so I'm having trouble understanding how my order was "given away"

Unfortunately, this location has horrible service. Too many times now, I’ve seen marketing prices online, but the location says their system does not accept that coupon. I asked the representative how are consumers supposed to know which locations honor what’s online and in her response said, she doesn’t need my attitude. I asked to speak to a manager. She said one wouldn’t be in until 4pm. She refused to give me her name. I’ve purchased several pizzas from this Marcos, never again. They need to train their employees how to communicate professionally to customers. If Management cares to correct this employee, this happened on 2/14/24 around 2:50pm.
My kids went into this place to order a 1 topping pizza and they only let them get cheese pizza. Even though if you order a 1 topping pizza on their site cheese doesn’t count as topping unless you get extra.

We request triangle cut every time we order - they’ve never once done so.The food is good and the price is fair, but why offer an option if they don’t actually do it? If I wanted my pizza cut in squares, I’d order Little Caesar’s (LOL, no I wouldn’t).
