This Marco's location has dropped in quality and in service recently. Trash cans always full, food & trash under the tables, restrooms never cleaned. Employees are always on their phones and eating food.

The customer service is practically nonexistent, and they try to charge me for dipping sauce every single time—even though it should come standard with each pizza. When I brought it up, the staff argued that the online policy doesn’t match the in-store policy. It was frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

I like coming here and eating food, But the workers are GROSS!! I just came in with my dad, and this one white guy sneezed onto to floor and some spit got on his hand. And guess what?? He didn’t wash his hands at all. He also was touching his face and hair so much in the middle of making a pizza. I’m guessing this is usual because no body told him anything! SMH

If you're looking for a quick and delicious pizza, this place is a must try. I opted for the lite dough, which is the perfect balance between regular and thin crust, and added jalapenos for a spicy kick, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Not a single care when it comes to customer service. This is what arrived on my door step via Door Dash. Wheni took the pizza back up to Marcos Pizza on Fry rd, I calmly showed it to them and asked what can be done. The guy at the counter brought over the manager who said that there is nothing he can do since it was through doordash and then accused us of possibly getting the order refunded and getting a free pizza through him. I assured him that we are not those type of people but he said he can't. I asked him, "so we get screwed and our kids don't get pizza because of door dash screwed up and he can't do anything?" He told, "yea, I guess so." Then looked at the cashier and said, "I can't. " and then walked off. Absolute cold attitude without a single care. We will not be ordering through marcos anymore and will make sure to let our neighbors and friends in the area know how much management cares about their employees. It's not about what was said but how it was said.

We called to order two subs.We had them very detailed on what we wanted on each sub, it was correct on the receipt but wrong on the subs.We won’t be ordering from this one anymore.And as for customer service two thumbs down.You should have good customer service skills if you’re the one answering the phone(Ayran)very rude.The driver was nice and courteous.
Poor service. Im 4.26 miles from their store, just west of 99. They won't deliver. If you want pizza, call dominoes down the street, they will. They're the same distance to me. When i lived in Sugar Land, I was between 2 stores that said they wouldn't go more than 15 minutes, and i couldn'tget deliveries there from marcos.. For this store, I'm 12 minutes, which is the same time for domino's.

I ordered four items online. When my husband went to pick it up, they forgot to give him the salad. I called and they said they could only give me store credit to force me to order again next time. No apology what so ever. I won't recommend Marco's pizza.

Never sauce on the pizza even if you say 2x you still don’t get it. It happen one time then again had delivery had to come up to the store and they don’t do any at all I’m done with them please don’t pay for pizza here
