I’ve only recently discovered Marco’s Pizza and it’s a shame I didn’t know about it sooner. Generally I’m of the mindset that any pizza is better than no pizza but this place deserves special recognition. Their Pepperoni Magnifico is the cat’s meow ?

Edit to update review:Came in at 11:47 knowing that they closed at 12. I asked the guy (maybe owner, not sure) who was mopping the place if it's okay bc I felt bad. He said no problem. Then the little blonde girl (forgot her name, probably Rose/Jocelyn?) who ran my order even threw in an additional pizza for free. Great people!Having said that, would not recommend anyone to come in late 10' before their closing time or expect free pizza every time. Mine was just an exception. This was during Chrismas Eve night.

The food is always delicious. One of my favorite pizza places. A bit annoyed at the Mueschke location. I placed an order for a large pizza. A lady behind me places multiple orders yet she received hers before me. I look over in the kitchen several times and the most of the employees are talking, laughing, on their phones. 2 women were making the pizzas however slowly as they were also talking. I happen to look over at the heating rack. A male employee, who e I made eye contact with several times and he took my order, finally looks at the pizza on the heating rack. It was mine. I stated, so my pizza has been sitting there all this time. His response was well it was under the heating rack. This further aggravated me. These kids too busy laughing and being on their phone and not doing their job. No apology. Do better. Clearly it wasn’t that busy

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Walked in..... stood at the counter for next to 5 minutes while the only person I could even see ignored me. I was expecting someone from the "front desk" to walk up and realized it was the young lady I've been watching (doing nothing) hobble up and ask to take my order. I am sorry, I inconvenienced your night and asked you to make me a sandwich. Lesson learned, I'll take my money down the street next time.

It was Kate and close to closing. But thank goodness because we were starving going home after a concert. Hands down one of the best pizza around and love, love, love their Caesar salad! Great flavor, great service, and great food! Highly recommend!

The last few times I ordered, they forgot to put an ingredient. I'm addition to that, this time the pizza had this weird thing in it.
Marcos always has great pizza. They have two locations I believe but I like this one more. Pizza is always hot even when dropped off ten minutes away!

Ordered a pizza and wings. Pizza was just good. Wings were dry and "burnt" tasting, no one would eat them and they went to waste. Contacted store and was unable to get a refund/credit.

I order from Marco's frequently~ i am totally disgusted that the people handling the cash register also are making pizzas going back n forth~ no gloves or hand washing.

I ordered a pizza at 5:15 today. My husband just got out of the hospital so I didn't want to leave the house. An hour later I called to see where it was....they had no idea, maybe delivered to a different house. Manager said she would talk to the driver. 6:30 still no pizza and manager didn't call back. I called again and the person said they put in another order and would be here in 35 minutes. We will see

This Marcos use to be good. Not anymore. Last two pizza orders, minimum ingredients on their special pizzas. Paid extra for banana peppers and mushrooms. Only a few of each were on the pizza. Very few pepperoni and other ingredients.
