This would be 5 stars if not for the fact that they gave me microwave bacon instead of the usual apple wood smoked bacon and then lie about the change.
I'm autistic and poor. I know microwave bacon when I eat it and I don't appreciate paying for it at a premium price. Bring back the normal bacon and don't lie to your customers when there's a change. That's basic knowledge.
Usually the BLT+A is awesome and the staff feels alert and friendly. Tonight was clearly a lazy night. I almost slipped on a wet floor multiple times. It should have been mopped up since it was right in front of the register and there where plenty of instances it could have been cleaned as it was there our whole visit. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
Hopefully this was just a one time thing. I'm sick of falling in love with places only for them to decline rapidly. I've only been to McAlister's a handful of times. Please don't let me down. I'm begging you 🙏

Above and beyond kind and helpful service. It is so hard to find customer service like that anymore. Way to go guys, you’re absolutely crushing it! We most definitely will be back!

Been eating here for a while. We Absolutely LOVE the food here but better than the food is Kaela's excellent customer service. She is incredible and truly the best server-manager ever. Thank you so much!
