Last visit through drive thru took over 45 minutes (5/2/25). I went there as a last resort for quick food because we had some plans. This fuked them. I just sat in spot #2 that they made me move to waiting and waiting. If they were having some issues, the least they could do is let you know when ordering that there will be a wait.
When the food finally did come out, half of the order was missing. Had to park and go inside to get the rest. Not worth it for McDonalds..

Went through drive-through had to pull up wait for food, but it was speedily. I recommend anybody desire a breakfast lunch or dinner meal and have to wait a few minutes. Much recommended this is Dr. Aaron Lee Jenkins.

I have gone to this location multiple times. I think about 5 or 6 times, and every singe time they have managed to mess up my order AND always cold garbage fries, but cold burgers during rush hour, means you aren't checking your food and just shoving garbage out to get the line moving.
Store seems dead of joy and just miserable and employees are too busy talking about what drugs they wanna do (like they even need it to get your order wrong.)
This place needs bigger management [regional/district] to step in and fix it through a long process of weeding out real issues.

Don't sleep on the Nether Flame Sauce. It stayed hot for about an hour after eating. Minecraft movie isn't worth your time, but the toys are cute.
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for over 10 years and have NEVER experience the disrespect and unprofessionalism as I did tonight! The drive thru employee parked me for 3 mcchickens and a basket of fries. I got off to ask for ketchup. I seen the front counter employee named Chrisslyn (that’s what I was told was her name by management) putting fries into my bag. I asked if they were fresh and she responded by saying no they are not. I was upset and said well he parked me so I would think I’d get fresh fries. And I said it AGAIN. So this CHRISSLYN decides to give me this stupid look bobbing her head at me and continue to say YOUR CHICKEN WAS COOKING. I said so you cook the chicken to order and again she looks at me with this childish face and says yes. She must be new and the manager. Because he said nothing. I don’t understand why she was even addressing me if she doesn’t know what customer service is. She was already speaking rudely to the front drive thru employee in an aggressive manner. This girl HAS TO GO! She does not belong at this McDonald’s at all, she needs an attitude adjustment or some retraining because it took every bit of me not to go off on her for being so rude! She needs to be very careful how she’s talking to people she doesn’t know. I will be calling corporate in the morning and making sure this gets addressed. I can’t imagine how many customers/neighbors she has been rude to.

Chicken sandwich tasted bad. I was given another one but after tasting first bad one I had a hard time eating it. Either buns or meat tasted really bad. Fries were not fresh. They were hard. Very disappointed. I remembered why I haven't eaten there. I used app and I wanted to use it and I picked my free Chicken sandwich but had to order something first but when I was charged it charged ne for a coffee which I did not order. Instead of returning 2.99 for coffee he didn't want to give me return he added drink and ice cream . He made it sound like he was treating me for wrong order but instead I paid more because he never refunded me. 😡😡😡😡😡 Cleaning lady was mopping floor and decided to mop my feet too. She was mopping all around my table then proceeded to mop under my table. I had to tell her not to mop my feet. She couldn't speak English so I spoke in Spanish but she still did it.
