This local McDonald's is one of my favorite McD's in the Houston area. It host a family night once a week where I've spent and made wonderful memories with my son. The atmosphere is always hospitable, the service is welcoming and friendly. If you're ever near Loretta Rd & Grant in the Cypress area whether it's drive thru, curbside, kiosk or counter this McDonald's treats you right!

I’m pretty patient, but most like likely won’t go to this location again. It’s a little closer than the other one near me but not worth the frustration and wasted time. There is an error or two on every one of my orders. I even started ordering on the app so there is less likely an issue. They just can’t get it right. The staff doesn’t seem to care and don’t show accountability.

They were out of hamburgers and everything else. They had tacos which unfortunately had to be thrown away due to them being..wrong 😖This IS unusual for this location

Last visit through drive thru took over 45 minutes (5/2/25). I went there as a last resort for quick food because we had some plans. This fuked them. I just sat in spot #2 that they made me move to waiting and waiting. If they were having some issues, the least they could do is let you know when ordering that there will be a wait.
When the food finally did come out, half of the order was missing. Had to park and go inside to get the rest. Not worth it for McDonalds..

Went through drive-through had to pull up wait for food, but it was speedily. I recommend anybody desire a breakfast lunch or dinner meal and have to wait a few minutes. Much recommended this is Dr. Aaron Lee Jenkins.

I have gone to this location multiple times. I think about 5 or 6 times, and every singe time they have managed to mess up my order AND always cold garbage fries, but cold burgers during rush hour, means you aren't checking your food and just shoving garbage out to get the line moving.
Store seems dead of joy and just miserable and employees are too busy talking about what drugs they wanna do (like they even need it to get your order wrong.)
This place needs bigger management [regional/district] to step in and fix it through a long process of weeding out real issues.

Don't sleep on the Nether Flame Sauce. It stayed hot for about an hour after eating. Minecraft movie isn't worth your time, but the toys are cute.
