This is one of the modern, professional, clean and well serviced McDonald's locations I've ever visited. Staff was professional. Only downside is no playground for kids.

I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this McDonald's location. The manager at the front is always disrespectful and acts like taking an order or even just checking someone out is an inconvenience. It feels like you're bothering him whenever you ask for anything, and it's disappointing to see that kind of attitude.
The food is never ready on time, even when I order ahead. When you ask employees for help, they literally run to the back to hide, avoiding any interaction. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here.
This location seems more focused on flashy tech upgrades than actual service. The order kiosks and the newly remodeled counters seem to limit the employees, who appear confused and disorganized. To make matters worse, the internet is often down, and if you try to give them a mobile order code, you're treated as if it's your fault. The entire staff could really benefit from retraining, starting from the management down.

Only rating 3 star because not one employee acknowledged while waiting at the counter. Looked right at me and walked away.

Very bad service from the manager Edwin Navarro, it’s the second time I have gone to this location and both times this manager was there, he is a lazy person who doesn’t want to provide good service, how can one person be in charge of a restaurant with this attitude?, he is a bad example for the other employees under his charge.

Ask for 2 large frozen cokes and was giving 2 xs cokes. They didn't even put it on the screen. The person was too busy talking to other people to pay attention. I told the lady that handed my stuff at 7:30pm, and she said sorry thy what your receipt says. Poor service.....
