This McDonald's sets right off of highway. 290. It's very convenient to pull off of the highway and then get back on and head in whatever direction you're going in.

Did an app order. Go thru drive thru, no one comes over speaker. Drive up to window. NOTHING. Doors locked. Go thru drive thru again. Lady comes on speaker to say hold a moment, then 2 minutes later comes on speaker to say they’re not open. Their drive screens are digital, if you’re closed put it on your screens and not waste 10 minutes of someone’s morning. They hey should also close themselves for app orders. One star because 15 minutes of my morning were wasted from ordering, circling drive thru multiple times and the lady putting me on hold to tell me they’re closed.

They got my order all wrong. The customer Service was great. The children had a good time. However, I couldn't enjoy my meal, because my fries and burger was served separately after having to correct it twice. They still got it wrong

I got my daughter the happy meal just to find there was no hello kitty toy. She was devastated. They didn't even say anything. Just put a despicable me toy in there like that was suppose to compensate. Please tell customers ahead of time And on top of that, they got my order wrong.

I've been here many times and just consider it a quick McD fix. Today I let them know the coke tasted flat which is typical when the carbonization is out or is malfunctioning. The response was "Yeah, it's been that way all day." Such a blase way to treat customers and to know about it but doing nothing about it. Lesson learned: gotta go to Whataburger next time and stop it with the McD fixes.

I came on and ordered a milkshake and two ice creams. I waited about 10 minutes only to be told that they didn't have any ice cream or milkshake. No apologies, just "there's no ice cream or milkshake, what do you want?" So disappointed

Boogey Damn

They tried to kick my family out the playground right after they delivered our food. Workers wouldn’t go away after I said to let us eat, so I went to talk to the manager all mad, but the girl with the hat and tattoos jumped in to help when she saw I was upset and wasn’t getting anywhere at the front, so she handled it and helped us enjoy our food and let our kid enjoy the play. Perfect deescalation, because no one was really wanting to help or just understand how illogical it was to shut down something early when we’re using it along with others and just got our meal. I don’t know her name, but it was impressive that she caught it from drive thru and helped out.
