Stopped by to pick up my drive-through order. It wasn’t ready so I was told to move, but the young lady spoke so fast that I misunderstood. I move up to the next window and after two minutes, she opens it, and she’s practically yelling at me that she had said to go park in stall 2 in the parking lot with a lot of attitude… so disrespectful. Employees need to speak clearly in order to be understood the first time. On top of that I still had to wait 10 minutes. It looked like complete chaos today other people were waiting as well. I’d rather drive further to another McDonald’s from now on. I do not go spend money to get yelled at.

This may be one of the worst managed McDonald’s I’ve been to. The staff is almost always rude and very rarely gets an order correct. I was told my total price at the drive thru speaker, saw everything was correct on their screen, and then when I reached the window it was suddenly a dollar more. The management team needs to hold their staff to a higher standard. I don’t expect much from fast food, but the experience here always has me questioning why I come back.

I've seen the other unhappy reviews. Perhaps it was just a difference in who was working. I called with a question about a survey code. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and patient with me. I got to the restaurant and picked up a mobile order. Was hot and exactly as ordered. Used my verification code, quickly given more hot and fresh food. Again, exactly as ordered. Very happy with my experiences here. I love getting breakfast here. Great start to my day. I come a few times a month. Never had any issues. Clean, prompt, polite, correct orders. Great service and people. I would recommend. I dont know about the evening shift but the morning shift has always treated me wonderfully.

My wife and kids and I had to park after using the drive-thru. Two items missing from our order. After waiting in line for a correction as long as I did, the middle-aged lady passed me by to go behind the counter wreaked of weed. I don't recommend this place and will not be returning. The evening shift people are not friendly.

Ate here, got diarrhea. Maybe old grease, IDK. I am NEVER EATING here again! Ate there around noon, by 2:00, I have violent, explosive diarrhea, and not even Immodium will slow it or stop it! I'm considering calling the Health Dept. on these bozos!

The guy working the drive through rushed me so much by saying “will there be anything else”, “will there be anything else”, “will there be anything else” after every word I said and he talked so fast I couldn’t understand him. I had to ask him the question three times and finally I asked him to please slow down, the look on his face was like “lady shut up and leave”.
He didn’t say thank you (I thanked HIM)! He acted like he couldn’t wait for me to leave his window.
