I HATE kiosk ordering. If I wanted to order online, I would do so from my phone. I want human interaction when I go to a restaurant, even if it is fast food. Food is instatutionally adequate. No self-serve drinks. Free refill but have to flag down someone behind the counter, which was devoid of staff. Atmosphere, institutionally antiseptic.

I come daily with my kids today June 7th 2024 9:30 p.m I get my bacon double cheeseburgers raw and with no bacon so I go back to tell them the Colombian girl working the grill looked at me and said something in Spanish which I speak Spanish is my 1st language she said some offensive stuff thinking I'm white and she gave me a stinky look so I get my new burgers get home and this happens my burger has huge amounts of salt my 3 year old daughter almost choked to death and I thought it was her not chewing her food ,nope so once I bite my burger I start choking too I take buns of and see all this salt on both sides the girl at McDonald's was mad because I returned my burgers so she did this shady actions good thing I have pics and time it happened now we sick to our stomach because we don't eat salt like that

Why is it that ya don’t have breakfast stuff when ya offer all day breakfast. And why do we always gotta go park at the pickup/curbside spot to wait for our food. It’s like 5 cars waiting here. Never get my food on the drive thru busy or not

Hands down, the worst mcDonald’s ever. Period. The worst! Orders are unapologetically wrong, drive-through window service is horrible, inside in person is not any better by any means. Food taste is fake tasting, more so than regular McDonalds food taste?
Came to this McDonald’s to buy a gift card. They told me I can’t buy a gift card unless I have cash. Went to another McDonald’s and they said I can use my card to buy a gift card. Whoever came up with that idea is stupid. Like who really carry cash on them. And why is this rule only at the Telge location. It’s really inconvenience to go to another location for something so stupid. Bad business and bad rules.

Went through the drive thru and was told to park in a certain spot to wait on something simple, but I guess the guys in the window told a couple of people to park in the same spot. When I saw the guy bringing out my order, I rolled down the window to get it, and he told me to wait. He ended up giving my food to another person after I told him it was mine. This place is very disorganized.

HORRIBLE customer service. Rude behavior from the staff. The place was filthy. These entitled employees wouldn't notice a dead skunk on the dining room tables. No excuse for this lackadaisical attitude. Do better.

Terrible business model. I recently tried to purchase $300 worth of gift cards from this location and they told me I could only pay cash. Anyone in this industry knows that a gift card purchase is still revenue and a final purchase.
