I have ordered an ice coffee for breakfast numerous times. But these last 2 visits it taste like they burnt it, if that makes sense. Your coffee is better than starbucks but I find myself at starbucks to replace the nasty ice coffee you guys gave to me. 😭 Please do better

Got a shake. Had so much chocolate and was barely cold not frozen. Had to throw it out Losing faith in this location I would prefer they don’t give it to me if it’s not frozen and I just cancel the online order

I went through the drive thru on 12/28/2025 and experienced terrible service with the person taking my order. I move forward to the first window hoping to see this person which is a different employee at the window. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee at the window then tells me the manager was the one taking my order her name is Ana. I asked him if she can come speak to me and she refused. I was shocked that she even has that position. Ana is very rude and has absolutely no customers service.

Honestly this time around the service was pretty bad. I ordered 2 items (burger, drink and 2 cookies) I paid and went on my way to the window. They told me to go park to wait for cookies. Usually they would give my drink but shut the window before I could ask to remind them. I drove and parked. I waited 10 mins and the lady came out and gave me my bag. I told her I ordered a drink. She knew what the drink was and went back inside to get it. Another 10 mins went by which is a bit ridiculous to go grab a drink which should’ve been given at the window. I only ordered 4 items total. I had to call them to ask them if I’d get my drink. Honestly very poor service and they didn’t feel bad either or sincere. Very disappointed.

Arrived at 2256 with closing time listed as 2300 and my order wasn’t taken. If you’re not serving customers who arrive before closing, you should update your hours accordingly. Disappointing experience.
Staff is poorly trained, incompetent with an enormous lack of customer service skills. Ordered through the drive through where they incorrectly input item in, once at the first window we saw they over charged us for items and when brought up their answer was “I don’t know” and then proceeded to shut the drive through door in our face. They did not offer a refund as we met the discounted price criteria nor did they correct the incorrect items within the order. When I called the first time some picked up and said “McDonald’s did you order a happy meal” and then immediately hung up without giving me a chance to say anything. The second time I called I spoke with the manager to ask about why we had been charged incorrectly and about the employees lack of customer service skills they did not seem interested in what I had to say and tried to cover up their laugh. This is not to say every employee their is incompetent but the employees we encountered from the drive through attendant to the first window attendant to the manager they all showed a profound lack of customer service skills, a complete incompetence in their roles and made the experience not worth returning to.
