went though drive tru and the guy was rude and no energy asked for no onions the put extra onions when the tag on box cleary states no onions....and verry unprofessional ...get it together its just a simple burger

Came to this McDonald’s to buy a gift card. They told me I can’t buy a gift card unless I have cash. Went to another McDonald’s and they said I can use my card to buy a gift card. Whoever came up with that idea is stupid. Like who really carry cash on them. And why is this rule only at the Telge location. It’s really inconvenience to go to another location for something so stupid. Bad business and bad rules.

Went through the drive thru and was told to park in a certain spot to wait on something simple, but I guess the guys in the window told a couple of people to park in the same spot. When I saw the guy bringing out my order, I rolled down the window to get it, and he told me to wait. He ended up giving my food to another person after I told him it was mine. This place is very disorganized.

Terrible business model. I recently tried to purchase $300 worth of gift cards from this location and they told me I could only pay cash. Anyone in this industry knows that a gift card purchase is still revenue and a final purchase.
Worst service I paid for a ice mocha code and they gave me a hot coffee I told them it was the wrong one but they refused to listen and gave me an attitude I would love to talk to the manager if anyone know how please let me know this is not a friendly service at
