I placed an order this morning on the mobile app at the Fairfield Cypress TX location and when my daughter arrived to get the order, she was refused. The manager, Hortencia, told my daughter she could see the order pending but couldn’t give her the order. When my daughter asked why, she just walked off. My daughter called me and told me what was happening so I told her to put me on speaker phone. The manager couldn’t understand English and wasn’t able to tell me why she was refusing to give my daughter the order. I sent my daughter a screenshot of the charge on my bank account and when she showed the manager, Hortencia said it shows pending. By this point my daughter had been there for 14 minutes and was going to be late for school, so she left. I called the store to speak to the manager myself but she couldn’t understand me and spoke broken English, so I couldn’t understand why she kept saying my order was pending. Finally I asked to speak with someone that could help me and the manager put a team member on the line with me. The team member expressed that it was miscommunication on their end and that I should call back and speak to the owner David for a refund. My daughter went to school hungry because their manager couldn’t clearly communicate and didn’t understand their system. The team member said the order was fine and that the manager didn’t understand how to release the order from the queue. This is completely unacceptable!! Why hire someone as a manager that can’t clearly communicate and effectively serve the customers?

We ordered 3 meals and not one of them came with hash browns. I called and notified the manager and she didnt seem to give a damn either. My mother got food poisoning from a shake there. It was lumpy and rotten. Do better. Be better.

Due to the teens that work during the afternoons, I won't ever eat here again. Make sure you pay attention to the food you order from here; it's a game to them to play with your food. During the mornings, this is a totally different place, ran professionally.

Don't bother with ordering in advance with the app. If anyone else uses it and is waiting they will let your sit food until they have all of these ready and then it's luke warm. So the drive thru is faster and your food is warmer and/or fresher. Lots of nearby places have the same service and it works because they bring your food out.

Also, I ordered a plain cheeseburger. I got a plain hamburger. I think cheeseburger implies the cheese should be there? I thought the days of having to pull the bun apart to inspect the sandwich were done, but here. I once ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and got a double quarter pounder (not deluxe). Maybe the people working here don't know the menu? Just disappointing.

we was leaving i asked for refill manager come over and asked whey you want refill cause my grandson does and i had money for refill he said you can get drink over there i was mad and left

I would like everyone to pay attention to their receipt. This McDonalds is uncharging everyone for their meals. Send a copy with your contact info to the Watts Lawfirm. as we are putting together all of the individuals that are getting screwed by the possible fraudulent cashiering practices.

WARRNING: PLASTIC in the Fish sandwich Location 28624 HWY 290, Cypress, TX 77433 and the phone number is (281) 758-2194 ... I ordered a double fish sandwich and took a bite, and something was hard as I swallowed. the Foren object lodged in my throat. I keep trying to swallow or cough to get it out. I swallowed it and check ed the sandwich to find 8 more Pices of plastic big, huge pieces. the owner DAVID finally called me almost a week later and said his insurance company will call me. 3 days after that she called me and was trying to intimidate me and said mc Donald's can't do anything for me. I emailed the owner DAVID for Refund he will not answer. so, no REFUND NO REPLACEMENT MEAL AND NO COMPENSATION FOR PLASTIC AND Choking On it.

I absolutely love mcdonald’s breakfast and can only have it rarely but today I was disgusted. I enjoyed my McGriddle until I pulled 2 long grey hairs out of my mouth, it seems to be a common theme with this store to serve food with a side of hair in the mornings.
