I watched this lady take off my order sticker off my bag and put all my stuff back then used that bag for someone else. When another worker was trying to find my order I had to tell her where the sticker was since she slapped it on the side of the wall where she couldn’t see. Before all this I was standing there for a good min and not one person came to ask about my order. A man that walked to up after me got helped right away. Smh do better

The so called manager Dulce is very disrespectful and needs more training. She has an attitude like if y’all wouldn’t have not gave me cold food I would not have complained. She was mad because I went in the drive thru for my remake because my original order was made in drive thru. then she told me to pull up before she even got my name. So I told her no how was I going to move up if she didn’t even get my remake order or name. I could care less about yall timer for drive thur. Don’t give my child cold food and I wouldn’t have to had come back. I asked her for another manager and she still gave me attitude. Please retrain this so called manager DULCE or don’t put her in the window.

I placed an order this morning on the mobile app at the Fairfield Cypress TX location and when my daughter arrived to get the order, she was refused. The manager, Hortencia, told my daughter she could see the order pending but couldn’t give her the order. When my daughter asked why, she just walked off. My daughter called me and told me what was happening so I told her to put me on speaker phone. The manager couldn’t understand English and wasn’t able to tell me why she was refusing to give my daughter the order. I sent my daughter a screenshot of the charge on my bank account and when she showed the manager, Hortencia said it shows pending. By this point my daughter had been there for 14 minutes and was going to be late for school, so she left. I called the store to speak to the manager myself but she couldn’t understand me and spoke broken English, so I couldn’t understand why she kept saying my order was pending. Finally I asked to speak with someone that could help me and the manager put a team member on the line with me. The team member expressed that it was miscommunication on their end and that I should call back and speak to the owner David for a refund. My daughter went to school hungry because their manager couldn’t clearly communicate and didn’t understand their system. The team member said the order was fine and that the manager didn’t understand how to release the order from the queue. This is completely unacceptable!! Why hire someone as a manager that can’t clearly communicate and effectively serve the customers?

We ordered 3 meals and not one of them came with hash browns. I called and notified the manager and she didnt seem to give a damn either. My mother got food poisoning from a shake there. It was lumpy and rotten. Do better. Be better.

Due to the teens that work during the afternoons, I won't ever eat here again. Make sure you pay attention to the food you order from here; it's a game to them to play with your food. During the mornings, this is a totally different place, ran professionally.
