I have to order my fries without salt so as to receive fresh hot fries. My order taker today had no concept of the place she works at, I ordered a fish sandwich and she says “is that all” I add fries and again “is that all” finally I add the drink, you guessed it “is that all” so I tell her “do you mean will there be anything else”. I get my total and she asks if I want to make a donation, I asked what’s the donation for, she says she doesn’t know, wow. She asks me to donate and doesn’t know why. I refuse to use the drive thru at fast food places other than Chick fila, I make it a point to park and walk in to place my togo food order.

The employees station to the front counter and the ones that dispatch food are half asleep, impolite and constantly on their cell phones. The restaurant has trays and napkins and dirt everywhere and all the employees at the front are acting like there’s nothing to do. McDonald’s also nickels and dimes every little thing. Do you want an orange juice? That’s an add-on, You want a sauce, that’s an add-on. It’s ridiculous. Maybe McDonald’s should go to Chick-fil-A and learn how to run a business.
