The other week I was missing an item, didn’t make a big deal and wasn’t going to go back. But now this week I got brown soggy brown lettuce in my McChickens. Please please always check your food and families food before eating. With such high volume I can sometimes expect some errors but not checking food quality before serving that is unacceptable.

Ordered at the kiosk and had to pay at the counter. I was standing at the counter waiting to pay for about 5 minutes. Then the maintenance guy noticed me and called for Leo( I believe), he looked at me then went back to talking with a nother employee, not work related. I waited t more minutes and nothing. I finally spoke up politely and was greeted finally, but with an attitude. Awful customer service.

This place is dirty and service is awful! You have employees standing around when there are dirty tables that need attention. The floor has napkins and trash visible. Not a clean atmosphere at all!
