This is by far the most inconsistent McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff and service need serious improvement—there’s no organization, and orders are constantly delayed or wrong. This location desperately needs better management.

Whenever we order hotcakes , we never get any butter or syrup to go with. Shame on you guys. Every time this happens. Are you not training your staff? Very disappointing service.

McDonald's is McDonald's so food wise it was spot on. This spot gets 5 stars for their accuracy. Usually at curbside or even drive thru stuff gets missing but not here. Keep up the great attention to accuracy!

The atmosphere is superb. I have been coming here a little bit now and the atmosphere is always the key. Most McDonald's are full of rambunctious unsupervised young adults this is not one of them.

Slowest service ever
Don't go there, seemed short staffed, no acknowledgment that you were even there, even if you are short staffed, kindness does not hurt maybe to them ...I have been there several times and each time there were issues, thus I go to a competitor across the street. Both restaurant are expensive, but this one has service, caring and kindness issues.

I always eat in at this McDonalds everytime. A few employees go out of their way to give good service at this location that I've never seen at any other. My only negatives are that sometimes the seating area and tables are really dirty and that sometimes there's weird customers (lol). I've been asked for money while eating once by another customer.

The rudest manager in all of Macdonald. It’s a short man. Really rude and worked around 8pm on 5th August 2025 in a different uniform.

I would like to give this McDonalds 5 star review for their wonderful customer service the workers are great. I can say their wait time could be a little better but understand what’s it’s like to work in fast food restaurants. Overall they never disappoint when it comes to getting fresh food

I had an experience at this McDonald’s about two years ago on June 2nd 2023 that I’ve kept quiet about for far too long. I ordered a burger, expecting a quick, normal meal—but what I got was something that still affects me today. Hidden inside the burger was a rubber band. Not on the wrapper or the side—inside the food itself.
At the time, I was shocked and disgusted. I didn’t know how to respond. I didn’t pursue legal action or compensation, though in hindsight I probably should have. That doesn’t mean the experience didn’t affect me. It absolutely did—physically and mentally. I lost my appetite for days. I struggled with trusting restaurant food for a long time after. Even now, I feel anxious or sick when eating fast food. It may seem like a small thing to some, but it left a real mark on me.
What bothers me most is that something like this could have easily caused someone serious harm—especially if a child or someone with health issues had been involved. This wasn’t just an accident—it was a failure in basic food handling and safety.
I'm not writing this to seek pity or compensation. I'm writing it because people deserve to know what can happen when standards slip, and businesses need to be held accountable—not just in court, but in public awareness.
