I actually come here often, so I'm dealing with different crews most of the time. Most of the time they're pretty efficient and one of the daytime managers are very nice. It wasn't busy tonight after 10PM. (I ordered at 10:15.) I waited in the curbside for 20 minutes, went to check on the status on the app, and noticed it says my food was already delivered. I only ordered 2 burgers, both being practically plain with most toppings taken off, and a small fry. I go to the drive thru to see what's taking so long because I see everyone else in the drive thru line leaving in less than 2 minutes.
I was sitting there waiting for another few minutes and could here the employees laughing and talking about how someone's sitting outside. And they still take another minute to acknowledge me. I told them what happened, they tell me to pull to the next window. Then one of the employees just goes: "Oh, your order's been ready, just nobody wanted to go outside."
For 30 minutes? You couldn't go out for 20 seconds to hand someone food in 50° weather because you wanted to keep messing around helping only drive thru customers? I just found it kinda unprofessional. I totally understand that it's minimum wage, but to a certain point you should at least do the most basic and easiest parts of your job.
My food wasn't even ready to be handed out at the second window and they had to look at my mobile receipt again to make whatever food I had ordered. The food was still warm, fortunately, but whoever was working this crew needs a little push for doing the bare minimum with *all* types of orders.

I asked for a mobile order, I parked, the person arrived with the bag and only my chips, he didn't bring ketchup or a napkin, I told him I'm missing the large coke and if you can bring me the napkin and ketchup, he brought me a napkin but ketchup is NOT serious 🙄🙄

I mean.. it's McDonalds. I love the Big Breakfast with hotcakes combo! Its so quick and just the best thing ever after a long morning shift.
