A billion dollar corporation that i frequent can't replace an order that they messed up on, which the manager verified that it was their mistake. I placed an order through the drive thru and verified it 4 times and then at the window where you pay and I called they refused to make it right. Bad management

They weren't taking orders at the front only on the kiosk which was glitching so i had to update someone about the changes i needed and no one came from the back until the food was ready and then she had an attitude saying why didnt we put it on the kiosk and wouldn't even hold her tongue long enough for us to explain the issue and when she finally did her smart remark was well i girss everything else will get cold and while I was waiting 3 different people came in from the drive through with problems with their orders and the lady who had the attitude was ment to fix them was so loud from the back telling the others who were working drive thru that they needed to get better because she could do 3 things at once and they couldn't even get their orders right

Chose wrong McDonald's when I had a choice. The lack of refills station and counter help ruined any hope of returning here. Waited forever for food, Terri le experience. I'll go back to the other nearby, but cutting WAY back on McDonald's after this. Too expensive anyway.
