I went at around 1am and through the app i ordered a big Mac with no sauce so that i could just add mayo at home. Got home opened the burger and there was a bite taken out of one of the patties. I went back and showed them, but a worker just said "oh it probably just came like that", no sir there were literally bite marks. Absolutely disgusting that someone would be that miserable to do that.

My husband and I were looking for an Uber eat order, yesterday around 10:30 pm via drive Tru. And the employee did not want to sell us some potatoes, he told us that by order of the manager the deliverers are not sold food. At least get them in line again. Or they can leave the order and come back. We were hungry and for no reason did he want to sell to us, we told him that they were just some potatoes and he insisted that the manager had forbidden them from selling food to the delivery people who came to order. That is inhuman because we work hard and of course we also eat, in the end he sold us the potatoes and I practically didn't throw them away.We will not go back there to get any orders. The staff is not prepared to serve customers and the manager is not prepared to take charge of that store.

Watched a guy behind the counter, grab his nose and pick his nose and then touch some food and they’re all rude and ignorant. Don’t recommend this McDonald’s to anybody and I will never be back here.. I had to go back four times just to get all my food order because they didn’t want to put it all on the tray. Also watched a customer had a bag of weed to an employee.
Apparently they are not 24 hours as advertised. “Their system is updating” is the response I get every time I go by around 4:00 am. I called this morning at 3:30 am and you guessed it. Their system is updating….

Definitely agree with the other comment this place needs to be shut down not even the same experience as a normal bad customer service everything is self-service you can't even pull yourself your own drink every time you go in there they lie and say the computers are shut down ?

The line is ridiculously long! Customer service here sucks! They are very lazy!! Kevin the blue eye manager admitted he had Covid and he’s serving guest!! Then the Hispanic lady at the fry station was touching fries with NO GLOVES ON! Like really! Unsanitary! I’ll NEVER IN LIFE VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! HORRIBLE!!! That’s why there’s 3.4 star ⭐️ and it needs to be 1 star!!

This place should be shut down until McDolands Corporate can investigate the thievery at this place. Every single time I order to go, door dash delivery , heck even in store…the order is missing at least one item. That is theft folks! These kids cannot read, nor follow simple directions to fulfill an order. And they want $15.00 or more per hour? They can’t even do a $6.00/hour job. A freaking monkey fill an order better than these fools! Sure drive 10 more miles back to the store to complain…IF you can get anyone to notice you at the far-offset counter so far away you might as well be standing in the handicap parking spots and you MIGHT get your item left sitting right on the service line cold as hell! F this place!
