The food is good, but there’s a complete lack of hygiene. I ordered a Coke and asked for a cup to pour it into. When I was about to drink it, I noticed the cup was dirty and covered in lipstick. I asked for a new Coke, and they fixed it, which helped calm the situation.
However, when I started eating my barbacoa taco, after two bites I found a hair inside it. I tried to pull it out but couldn’t, it was embedded in the food. My husband went to show them, and they said they would remake it. After waiting 15 minutes and nothing happening, my husband had to go back and ask what was going on.
No matter how good the food is, if they don’t care about maintaining proper hygiene, is it worth it?

Service is completely terrible. Waited almost an hour for a total of 12 tacos. Nobody was calling out takeout #s. They had a huge wait. Finally we started complaining and an employee took all our numbers and immediately came back with several orders. Meaning our food had been ready, just employee slacking. Went home and none of the tacos were labeled and the order was conpletely wrong. The food was average at best. Overhyped place.

The remodel is roomy but the direction is lacking. No signs telling you where to go and there’s 2 lines. One for pickup, one for ordering, both at the same registers. The staff isn’t communicating to each other or the guests to make the transition smoother.

MexTaco is absolutely the best, the food is always so delicious and on point. All employees are outstanding and are always making sure the customers are satisfied. This place is a 10 out 10!! If you have never been you must go.

The food was great, the atmosphere was also great. The place has grown since the last one I came here showing that they have a thriving business. The line hasn’t stop flowing in since we got here and they are keeping up with it pretty well. I had the taco plate with Chicharron with salsa verde and barbacoa.

Mastertavo Consequences Require Experimentation
Well we waited 4 about 30mntz for our food, the time was 9am its now 10:30am we waited in line for about 10-15 minutes it was very packed tables are available as people leave, it's an open large room no walls moderate noise U can hear pretty good.it felt like i we were forgotten about our food. We came 4 breakfast but ended up eating lunch. Other were served first before us and we were here since 9am.
