We chose Mezzanotte to celebrate our anniversary. There are a lot of restaurants in Houston but this was our first choice. Dinner was spectacular. I had the double pork chop with apricot and bourbon sauce. My husband had the lamb chops with mint sauce . Prior to that we each had an Old Fashioned drink and a meatball appetizer that was outstanding. I ordered a small Mezzanotte salad (excellent) and my husband got a salad with his dinner. We also got warm bread with olive oil dip....
Wife and I always drive to downtown as we had not found anything great in Cypress. If you want great Italian with great service definitely go here. Food was great and very fresh. It was quiet so we could have a normal conversation and the service was great as well. We will definitely be back.
This is a perfect place for date night or a romantic dinner. The steaks were as perfect as they were 10 years ago. Unfortunately there was no evening music due to a malfunction. One some nights live entertainment warms up the diners. Don't miss an opportunity to experience the fine dining in Cypress, TX
