The Northwest Freeway/Spring Cypress location has the WORST customer service of any food place in Cypress. The employees are bothered by your presence and spend all their time on their phones.

I went there with my son to have dinner after the movies and we ordered three MOD pizzas. The boy making the pizza was very slow and soon we had a line. He did not ask if I wanted a vinaigrette or salt and pepper or oregano on top. I ordered the coliflower pizza dough and it looked like plastic and it came out of the over super thing and as hard as plastic. It was hard for me to bite. They did have shredded vegan cheese. The wait was normal. It was clean.

My family enjoys MOD because everyone can get what they want on their own pizza. The staff is always friendly and the service and price are reasonable. Kids always like picking out their toppings. They have a large variety of toppings so there is something for everyone. If you're looking for a delicious, fresh dining option for groups and want something casual, MOD is a great choice.

We didn’t wait in line, but the girl was crabby and complaining with a bad attitude. It was a ghost town in there and now I know why.
We walked out and went to the Fairfield location instead. Glad we left and ended up having great decide at the Fairfield location by the outlets.
Just stood in line for 20 minutes and walked out because only one person was working the line and she was stopping every 30 seconds to chit chat despite the growing line.
We were trying to get to a movie and literally had to just give up and leave because it was clear that she did not have any intention of getting orders fulfilled. The line wasn’t even long when we got there, she just was taking an extremely long time and not attentive to the situation and how long we had all been standing there while she chatted with the customers.
Bummer because I really wanted some pizza.

MOD Pizza is great, but I will never come back to this one. The staff was completely rude except for one girl. She is the only reason I didn't walk out of here. My wife tried to come earlier in the week and did walk out because of the staff. HORRIBLE!

While my pizza was being made, another random employee came up with no gloves on and threw a handful of raw dough on my pizza. And then proceeded to pick the dough back up (again, WITH NO GLOVES ON) and laughed and walked away. I was too mortified and confused to say anything. They had a rainbow bandana and blue hair and dangly earrings. 8pm on 5/22. Really gross.
