I eat out A LOT. I just picked up two mods and cheesy bread for a movie night with my mom. I can’t even explain the friendliness from the staff. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. And that comes from someone that spent years in the service industry. The personalities, the small talk, kind gestures… 100/10. I was so blown away and caught in conversation with them all, I unfortunately didn’t catch their names. But to ownership/management- whoever was working the front at 7-7:30pm on 12/26/25. You have gold star employees that probably deserve a raise or bonus.

Please save yourself the annoyance and go inside and order it…. It’s impossible for this place to get your order right and also they have no idea the meaning of the word extra, nor the difference between light regular or/and extra. So upset because it’s so close to home but they honestly just can’t get it right

First and last time I will be having MOD pizza. The food was good but I was really disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees. A male worker with yellow hair and facial piercings made fun of a homeless man who came into the store. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in front of customers. I don’t want to support a business that allows this type of disrespect toward anyone, regardless of their situation.

I'd probably drive an extra 10 mins down to the Towne Lake location. This location for some reason always has old, wilted lettuce when I get salads. Workers are nice but seem understaffed.

Our family often orders pizza from Mod. But we usually order from the one in Fairfield/Cypress TX because the store at Spring Cypress and 290 makes so many mistakes. More often than not, this store messes up our order. Sure enough, when we placed an order a couple of days ago, they screwed it up. To make matters worse, some of the employees have a very bad attitude. There was a heavy set female cooking the pizzas that had a terrible attitude. All she does is put the pizzas in the oven and then take them out. She didn't mess up the order, but she sure had a bad attitude when I asked for them to remake the pizza.

I went there with my son to have dinner after the movies and we ordered three MOD pizzas. The boy making the pizza was very slow and soon we had a line. He did not ask if I wanted a vinaigrette or salt and pepper or oregano on top. I ordered the coliflower pizza dough and it looked like plastic and it came out of the over super thing and as hard as plastic. It was hard for me to bite. They did have shredded vegan cheese. The wait was normal. It was clean.
