We didn’t wait in line, but the girl was crabby and complaining with a bad attitude. It was a ghost town in there and now I know why.
We walked out and went to the Fairfield location instead. Glad we left and ended up having great decide at the Fairfield location by the outlets.

Just stood in line for 20 minutes and walked out because only one person was working the line and she was stopping every 30 seconds to chit chat despite the growing line.
We were trying to get to a movie and literally had to just give up and leave because it was clear that she did not have any intention of getting orders fulfilled. The line wasn’t even long when we got there, she just was taking an extremely long time and not attentive to the situation and how long we had all been standing there while she chatted with the customers.
Bummer because I really wanted some pizza.

MOD Pizza is great, but I will never come back to this one. The staff was completely rude except for one girl. She is the only reason I didn't walk out of here. My wife tried to come earlier in the week and did walk out because of the staff. HORRIBLE!

While my pizza was being made, another random employee came up with no gloves on and threw a handful of raw dough on my pizza. And then proceeded to pick the dough back up (again, WITH NO GLOVES ON) and laughed and walked away. I was too mortified and confused to say anything. They had a rainbow bandana and blue hair and dangly earrings. 8pm on 5/22. Really gross.

Great location, while other MODS pizzas are on a downward trend. This location stays clean and has great service.
I love their pizza. For a large chain, their pizza is as good of a quality as you could ever expect from even many nicer restaurants.
They make the pizza right in front of you and you can add as many toppings as you want, no extra charge. It's cooked in a real stone pizza oven.
Their lemonade is also really good.

The customer service is understaffed and slow. Don't come here if you are in a rush. There were four of us in line waiting for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. There was one worker making the orders, one guy making dough, and one cooking the pizza. Totally inefficient.

First and foremost I thought mod pizza was supposed to be pretty quick to walk in and order a pizza. I would never go here if it weren't because of my wife. I went in today and it took 45 minutes to get 1 pizza. The lady who looked to be the manager was cooking the pizzas and there were two gentlemen making pizzas. She asked one of the guys to make a pickup order while the other tended to the in-store orders , but through all this there was another employee in the back doing who knows what !! I waited and waited before the one guy tending to the in-store orders was able to take my order. Then the guy that was in the back comes out and asked the guys making the pizzas if he could help out ... Poor management!!! Sorry to say. I've worked in the service industry for most of my life . and that was not acceptable.will never be going back to this mod pizza..

We came in hungry and left not just fulfilled but amazed. Why? It’s was my wife’s 50th and all her friends wearing red t-shirts gave it away. The manager /owner saw us and quickly realized and without hesitation …”PIZZAS ON THE HOUSE!” Tears ran down our faces. What an amazing generosity!! I could not believe it. He made that day one of the best and memorable!! Shout out to Mod Pizza GO THERE!! Absolutely the best experience. Thank you! Thank you!!

MOD Pizza is always a good choice. You get the ingredients you want on the pizza so you can't blame anybody but yourself if it isn't great! Good environment/ atmosphere. The people are friendly and seem to enjoy their work. Overall real good experience.
