i love mod pizza, been going to this location since it opened up, but in 2023 i had a creepy interaction with an employee while i was WITH my boyfriend, asking for my social medias, then asking for my number after i said no. boyfriend had to step in since i was uncomfortable with all the questions. today i went in at like 6:30pm friday january 16th, and the same dude still works there, except i wasnt with my boyfriend, so i was a lot more uncomfortable. he did the exact same things as before, but kept trying to talk to me even though i told him im not interested and dont feel comfortable talking to him when he kept pushing for my social medias/number. i usually dont post reviews but this guy is a creep, i’ll probably just do doordash from this location from now on

Came in on New Year’s Eve at 7pm and the guys working here are troopers! Cranking out pies while there’s a line of people waiting and with no end in sight! Tonight’s crew had a good flow going and I commend them for being here and keeping their cool under pressure, even with little to no communication between them, they were a unit.
Thanks to them for being there and making a great pizza.

Pizza and service we good. However, the self serve drink station is gross. The tea containers, almost empty, looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. One of the other red drinks was foamy and gross looking. The fountain drink station definitely hadn’t been wiped down in a while. The straw storage was filled with crumbs. We went on a Tuesday close to 12pm, it was slow, so not like it had been a busy full day with time for it get dirty.

People behind the counter were nice, asled the dude who was changing trash bags if they had a bathroom and he ignored me then slammed the trash can around. Looked like a temper tantrum

Yesterday, afternoon I went to MOD Pizza to support my daughter’s school fundraiser. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I walked in, there was no welcoming atmosphere at all. The young man taking my order was extremely rude and impatient.
I was trying to look at the toppings and decide, but he kept yelling “What else? What else?” and did not give me any time to think or choose. When I politely asked why he was upset, he said he was in a hurry.
At the end, I mentioned that I was there for the school fundraiser. He didn’t even know about it. After checking with the manager, he came back and confirmed that the fundraiser was indeed happening.
I went there with good intentions to support my child’s school, but instead I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I will not return to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they are okay with being treated rudely.

my family an i went to this place on Wednesday the 26th, hoping to get a good pizza but it was all the opposite, this place was dirty, Nasty, the guy that was serving had a terrible cough and was blowing all the germs over the food while serving, and the guy that was making the pizzas had a horrible attitude, for the owner please check the cameras an see the attitude of the guy making the pizzas, i was there around 12.30 pm ,the restrooms were nasty, dirty, stinky, the place in general was extremely dirty, i hope that the health inspector will come by soon and check this place, they need to do something, health inspector please check the restrooms and the entire place, there is urine all over the floor it was even hard to breath inside the restrooms because of the foul odor , also the food quality is very poor, and customer service is a disaster, if you visit town lake and you want to eat in this MOD pizza please think twice, this place is also very expensive, this little place called town lake is very nice but this MOD pizza place just ruins the whole area, so if i ever go again to town lake i will never go to this restaurant, if it is still there.

I am very mad they just messed up my order like I expept them to be responsible and actually try, this establishment needs to fix their service this is unacceptable and my food also tastes sketchy so I'm afraid that I am not satisfied and this isn't the first time this has happened because they gave me cheese pizza when on the receipt I saw and their wasn't cheese pizza on it so they got my order wrong I am completely frustrated with this establishment.

Please just advising you go in with patience. “Super fast” is their motto under the signed and I have to say it’s the complete opposite. I like the concepts and I’m hopeful one of these will get it right one day but this one was not the case. Please look at my pizza.., super burn 🔥:( just honest opinions here!

The white guy with a rainbow on his T-Shirt working at 7:30-8:00pm on November 10 is absolutely unprofessional. I first came in and tried ordering 3 pizzas and he let out a very rude sigh. Like buddy if you don’t want to work here just quit plenty of people are looking for jobs and you willingly chose this job. Second the topping are all on top of each other they look extremely old like they’ve been sitting there for hours?? Tomato sauce on cheese. Pork pepperoni contaminating other food. It doesn’t just stop there he barely put any toppings on the pizza barley any toppings and then I kept having to repeat myself because he kept cutting me while I was asking about things. Very impatient and was spitting all over the toppings while talking 🤮🤢 I just ended up leaving without even taking those very sad looking pizzas. My thing is why do you work here if you absolutely dread it just go ahead and quit if you want to act like a child when we request some pizzas. This place needs to be inspected I’ll definitely be submitting a tip to city to get this place inspected. This guy needs to go his coworkers looked fed up with him. Also why have a list of names for pizzas if the employees don’t know what they are? Seems a bit pointless. Terrible experience ended up going to chick fil a next door way better service with much cleaner food do not go here for your own health the place is very unsanitary.
