9/19/2025 Service tonight specifically was terrible. The guy with the dreads and a red bandana taking orders was the rudest person we’ve met in a while. He was yelling at customers from across the restaurant. Very terse and disrespectful even to the pregnant woman behind me. Cut me off while ordering and disregarded everyone else. I understand you may have had a long or difficult day but you can’t take it out on customers as a representative of a business.

We have been going to this MOD for years and for the first time, the cook asked if the pizza was crispy enough. His name was Dejon pizza was great.

I went in today and met the district manager, Raina. She was so sweet. Her smile and positive attitude was absolutely contagious! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me so cheerfully. She talked and listened. I left feeling better than I came in. She did it the MOD way! Make Others Day! It was a great experience and the food is absolutely worth it!

DON’T COME TO THIS LOCATION I was disappointed with my recent visit to this MOD Pizza. I arrived around 9:30 PM, which was still before closing, but unfortunately the staff was not welcoming. Instead of treating us politely, they whispered and made comments about us, which felt very disrespectful.
Customers should always feel comfortable and valued, no matter the time they come in. It would be better if the staff maintained a professional attitude and treated guests with courtesy. The experience left a negative impression, which is a shame because I came in with a positive attitude.

I went to this place with my family to eat 30 minutes before closing time, and when I walked in, the night staff started looking at each other and saying things in front of me and my family because we had arrived 30 minutes before closing time. Aside from that, there were still customers inside, and they were putting the pizza sauce on the pizza without utensils. They mixed it up with a plastic cup of sauce on top of the pizza. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND A BAD EXPERIENCE.

I wish this was a joke. Back to back the last 4 pizzas we’ve ordered have been horrendous. Did you all change management? This last one was a joke. Not sure if the staff does not realize the prices Mod has for pizza, but the amount of toppings on this pizza made us laugh. Also, this is their “extra thick” pizza. I hope this location gets their functionality back soon or make the adjustments necessary quick.

It will only let me put one review on here but I recently came back and Dajon was great ! Always so nice and fast . Ordered ahead of time and pick up said 55 mins it would take on a busy Saturday. According to online I came 30 minutes later just to check and it was ready. Very nice
