This is the worst MOD pizza around. The employees would rather do anything else than clearly work. They move so slowly it’s comical! If you want pizza you are better off going somewhere else!

I want to give a special thank you to Jackson. I came in yesterday with my children and he was very patient in helping us. He was kind to my kids and didn't rush them at all. Thank you for having a him as part of your team. Definitely a good experience with yummy pizza as my kids say.

Not what it used to be. As the restaurant has aged, it seems to have declined in quality. The service is slower, the pizzas aren’t as good, and cleanliness has become an issue. My pizza came out undercooked, the prep surface wasn’t being wiped down, and the employee taking my order had laryngitis, making it difficult to understand her. The walls near our table had food stains, and the tables were sticky.

It took me 45 minutes in line with only 3 families in front of me. It was only one person making everything. Here and there someone came out from inside prepared pizzas (it look like online ordered) went back inside.

This is the worst MOD Pizza I have ever been to. Employees are obviously unhappy here, move very slowly, and it just doesn't taste the same as other locations. And, one of the workers had long curly hair that was dangling in front of his eyes while he was working with pizzas, and I'm pretty sure he really needed to have his hair swept under his hat or in a hair net.

I had a great experience at MOD Pizza! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick, even during a busy time. I love the “build your own pizza” concept—it’s perfect for someone who knows exactly what they like. The ingredients were fresh, and the crust was perfectly crisp. I also appreciated the variety of toppings and sauces, which made it easy to customize my meal just the way I like it. The atmosphere was casual and clean, great for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. Definitely coming back!

The kind girl taking my order was great and made my pizza fast and how I like it however the new guy cooking the pizzas made mine spotty and floppy It made a mess while I Was trying to eat it

I’ve come to mod pizza plenty of times. It’s usually nice experience as the food is good and it’s out on time. So I order online it takes me 10-15 min to get to the store. When I get there I’m told pizza is not even in the oven yet. I don’t think much of it since they might be short on personnel or whatever. It’s been established that I was there to pick up an order under my name. The pizza is ready they don’t have the courtesy to call my name so I get up and the pizza it’s just there getting cold. I open the pizza and it’s missing an ingredient I get back to the counter and the guy is sort of kneeling with his phone out I’m guessing he kneels so cameras don’t see he is on his phone or whatever. I tell him the pizza is missing an ingredient he opens it looks at it and tells me “this is not yours?” I said yes is missing an ingredient he opens up again looks at me and said what is missing? I tell him check the ingredients and tell me what’s missing. He goes thru realizes what’s missing and have the nerve with an attitude to tell me “you could’ve just said that” so I’m supposed to do his job for him? And if he and the lady didn’t have the courtesy to call my name when the pizza is ready why would I have the courtesy to tell him what’s missing? He then proceeds to hand me the pizza with an attitude. And trust me I wanted to show him what a real attitude looks like. But I rather sit this one out and hope that with my review this establishment gets run better so that this type of things don’t happen.

Staff is very nice. The restaurant is very dirty. Fruit fly’s in bathroom and all around drink area … tables, floors, counters all need cleaning. We came here after they just opened up so the place should be clean to start the day.
