We come here often but tonight was just horrible service. Not sure if the employees have all just had a rough day or what. Food was delicious as always but nobody greeted us, I payed for our pizza 5 minutes before they even put it in the oven (only one person ahead of us) and the buffet was a mess with toppings all over it. I hope they take this as constructive criticism and make some changes. We normally love this MOD.

I am surprised at the taste and quality at reasonable prices.
Staff was friendly and professional despite being very busy. They have a simple, effective process.
The choices of pizza crusts, e.g, cauliflower, were very welcoming. The sauce is light but flavorful.
The only reason I did not give them a 5 is the amount of time it took to order.
My family just ate here tonight and we were not impressed with their fruit fly issue. We got our food and sat down at the empty table across from the garbage cans. As we were eating we were constantly swatting the fruit flies away. They kept landing on our children’s food. When we went to throw away our food and put the plates in the black bin about 20 more flew out from the dirty dish bucket. I went to tell a worker near the counter where they are preparing food and more fruit flies flying in my face!! All the worker could say is that she was sorry and they are working on the problem. Had we of known this, we would have never ordered food from here to begin with. I’m sure the fruit flies are all over the food that is being prepared for the customers as well. How disgusting. If they are aware of this problem then why aren’t they constantly checking the garbage can and dirty dish bins so customers aren’t having them land in their food?!?

9/21/24 i came in at around 9:40pm ish the gentleman who helped us greeted us with a smile and helped us fast and easy very sweet guy (which is why i didn’t leave 1 star) and then our experience got ruined by the girl cleaning the stove who gave us our order we asked for cheese and she gave us 2 small packets and when i asked for more she said hold on in a very rude manner like it’s not her job?? The reason why she gave us 2 was because she had to open up a new pack sooo sorry it was that hard to do … don’t work customer service and ruin an experience!!
Visit #2 no dough was ready girl couldn’t put the broom down to help us have no idea how they claim to be “super fast”

I love this place. But was sad to see a pizza chef exit the stall in the men's room and walk right out to work without even thinking of washing his hands. I was at the sink at the time--it's possible he washed up in the kitchen to avoid waiting on me. But no. Not likely. Here's a hip word for employees at the hip store: OPTICS.

The manager Jack was so incredibly sweet. There was a miscommunication where they thought I had asked them to bring it out to me where I waited for my order. They didn’t see me so when I went in to pick it up - they made me another cheese bread so it would be hot. Didn’t have to do that but I appreciate it. There was a really cute black guy that was working as well and he was super nice as well. I am sorry, I didn’t get his name but he’s working the night shift on 5.30.24 until close. Customer service is so hard to come by especially from younger people it seems. Not the case here and I like to recognize it when I see it. Hope corporate sees this and lets them know it’s appreciated. Thanks again- if I could do more than 5 stars I would - thanks
I swear I have never seen a Mod Pizza in such bad shape. There were several people just standing around talking, laughing, joking...etc. Tables were dirty, drink fountains were empty, floor unswept. IDK if there was just a rush or a shift change but it was horrible

Well, my wife is a teacher and we don't eat out much due to cost, so we decided to eat out because of the teacher appreciation deal advertised, well, after we'd ordered, it was noted the the coupon expired by one day, and they didn't honor it. So we ended up spending twice as much. C'mon Mod, really, she's a teacher, one day.... that's a little rediculous. Do better. It's one order.
