Ordered a bowl of pho with tofu and received a bowl of pho with shrimp (no tofu anywhere). No biggieNormally I would eat the food messups and move on with my day, but shrimp in a beef broth, nope. Not about surf and turf.I let the server know of the minor mishap that they gave me the wrong meal, she took it back to get it corrected.I expected a new bowl of pho, whoops. What I got was the same bowl of pho 5 minutes or so later, with the shrimp scooped out, added tofu and more fried shallots on top, to make it seem freshThe giveaways:- There were plenty of soggy shallots near the bottom to let me know it was the same bowl.- The noodles had began to bloat- The broth had a light hint of seafood flavour- BEST OF ALL - I found a remaining shrimp deepdiving in the bottom of the bowl.10/10 would not go back to this restaurant for the blatant disrespect of my meal.

Combination Pho review: Edible, but I will not return. This is the cheapest pho you will find around here (by $2-$4), and I suspect that is because they use pho base concentrate, and the broth is not homemade.Broth is very salty and not aromatic. This is the only time I can think where I did not take my leftover broth to go.If you blindfolded me and fed me the broth, I would guess "chicken soup" and not "pho."

Perhaps we caught them on an off day, but the tables were dirty and almost all still had the dishes from previous patrons. This did not change during our visit. The counter staff were not attentive to our needs as clients, and the food was mediocre at best.

I got the p4 and the pork banh mi; they were both excellent. I really like the broth for the pho at this place, it deserves to be with the top in Bellaire!

What's up with the Pro Palestinian Watermelon ? sign at the front register? Didn't know this was a political restaurant. What's next a sign at this restaurant saying, "No Jews allowed?"Am Yisrael Chai!I tell you this promise because I care for your well being: Numbers 24:9 Whoever blesses Israel will be blessed,And whoever curses Israel will be cursed.”

Was excited to try and find new pho places in Cypress since I recently moved here, but this one was a little disappointing.Ordered the spring rolls, the peanut sauce was bland and ice cold, off-putting compared to my experience with my other favorite pho restaurants. The Vietnamese coffee was pre-made and you got very little for your money. <8oz for $5.They use eye round cut steak instead of filet, but they didn't bother trimming the fat on the edges. The broth was also extremely bland and there was no chili oil on the tables, just hosin and Sriracha.Overall just disappointing, so the search continues. It's not bad, just not at all what I'm used to or looking for.

I ordered food online about 6:25, it said it would be Ready at 6:45, I showed up at 7:00 and it was not ready. They said they had to pack it. It took an additional 15 minutes for them to "pack". When the lady came to the front she didn't have my smoothie that I had ordered so she had to go back and get that. The truth it seems was that they hadn't prepared the food. It wasn't overly busy or anything like that, and I had already received the confirmation as soon as I ordered that they received the order and that's how I knew what time it was supposed to be ready. This of course made me late to pick up the other food I had ordered down the road.Pertaining to the food, my family enjoyed the pho, I thought it tasted good, as well.I had also got a smoothie, as they called it, but when I received it quickly realized it was not a smoothie, but more like a boba. Very chalky tasting, and didn't look anything like the picture. And also had one black crunchy chunk in there, not sure if it was a seed of sorts or something that was accidentally dropped in or had broken in the machine. I didn't end up drinking it, but my kid liked it, after I sifted through to make sure there were no other random chunks in there.I really wanted to try this place, as did my husband, and had really high hopes, but I am a person who values their time, and seeing as I even showed up 15 minutes later than when my food was supposed to be ready, it just seemed crazy that it was 30 minutes past the due time before I could even get my food. And that the only explanation was that they had to pack it. I may consider trying this place another time to see if it's better, but probably not anytime soon.

I has my daughter at the urgent care next door and they didn't have any water to drink and I has nothing for her either. So I went in Mr.Pho's and asked if I could purchase a drink. I realized it was a sitting restaurant. They were so kind and gave me a to go cup with water and said to take care of her. Such a great place! Will be coming back to eat here when she gets well.

I've gone here several times and enjoyed it every time. I'm a sucker for Pho, and they do it right. I appreciate how kind the owner is and the variety of items on their menu. If you're craving something savory, simple, and warm, totally check out this restaurant.

I ordered a chicken noodle dish that was cold and dry, but came with a small bowl of sauce to add to. The meat was pork not chicken. When I asked she said it was chicken. My friend got the beef which was ground beef? I never saw ground beef in any Asian dish. Maybe this dish was supposed to be cold, I don't know, but I was afraid to finish mine due to the cold meat.

If you want expensive pho with small portions, then come here! I ordered the combination, large size pho and there were few thin slices of meat and very little vegetables on the side that I left hungry. It’s a scam!! The large size is not large is medium size and the small size it’s kids size. Never coming back again!

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food. Overall, very pleased and had a good experience. Highly recommended and definitely will come again. Brisket Pho, Shrimp Pho, spring rolls, and grilled pork Bahn Mi sandwich were all amazing and fresh. Owner walked around and chatted with people.
