Great experience at North Harbor Bistro. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which set the tone right away. The food was excellent. The Mongolian beef was flavorful and well balanced, not overloaded with cornstarch like you get at a lot of places. The egg rolls were crisp and fresh, not greasy. Everything tasted well prepared and intentional. I will definitely be back.

If you want to be the Chinese takeaway go to for Bridgeland / step up & give credits where they are due. Make your orders right to start with. Your customers would be much happier and loyal.

Going door to door walking across everyone’s mulch. Use a side walk. We just had all this done yesterday and come home to mulch all over my walkway. If we wanted your Chinese food we would order it. Especially coming to neighborhoods with no soliciting, and our home had a no soliciting sign, he managed to shove this pamphlet in a crease of our door. Stop going door to door and use side walks.

The level of disrespect that is displayed when someone solicits despite signage stating not to at the entrance of the neighborhood, as well as 2 signs before you reach my front door is unfathomable. It’s a very unfortunate way to lose potential business.
We love this restaurant and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that they quit using Fabuloso Cleaner as the smell is overwhelming especially when you’re eating. Also the fish in the wall are very dusty and wasn’t this way before. Their food is so good we go anyway.
