Don't waste your money on Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) carrot cake. HEB carrot cakes are MUCH better and MUCH less expensive. The NBC cake was dry, not flavorful and tasted more like spice cake. RUN...don't walk across the street to HEB!

Worst customer service ever! Went in for my birthday bundlet and bought 2 more cause I mean it's NBC When I arrived home I noticed my strawberries and cream one looked like a mini mini bundlet compared to the usual size or even the size of the others. I called the store to express my disappointment in the product and the young lady puts on a long hold then returns to tell me that her manager said they're all weighed the same. Furthermore that I can't return it because it's a health hazard. I was floored because first of all. Why am I returning it and second of all you basically called me a liar as if after a long days work I have time to call a store I've patronized for many years and lie about my experience. Hats off to their exceptional customer service 👏🏾 I have pictures and will post

This location is the WORST!!! They are rude and condescending. My husband had to go back to the store with our son after they double charged him. Not only were they impossible to work with, they were very remaining. My husband is legally blind and tried explaining that to them was a joke. Their attitude was an “oh well” when showed them they didn’t honor the BOGO email. I will happily drive to the Copperfield location anytime! They also don’t honor the buy three get one free lunch kit bag deal we were assured was honored at all locations. We were so excited when we found out they were opening so close to home but EVERYTIME we have an issue with their customer service! Save your money and go to another location. I’m not paying people to be rude anymore!!!

Picked up one Bundt cake in person for work this week and had another one delivered today. Both services were great! I’ve picked up cakes from them in the past as well and have always had great experiences with their cakes/bundtinis. This is my family’s go to since it’s so close to us. It works out great.

This is the Worst NBC location in the Houston area. I would normally purchase from the memorial location but tried the Fry /Tuckerton store because it’s closer to my home. Two Out of the 3 purchases from this location were under baked. The first time I just threw it out because I had cut almost half the cake for my guest. Months later I tried again and it was perfect. The third time the cake was under baked once again. I was going to throw it out but my children had only cut 2 pieces and complained and for $40. It should at least be enjoyable. I contacted the store and was told there’s nothing they can do about it. I will once again take this loss but for the last time. I would Not Recommend purchasing from this location. The 10” cakes are Horrible.

Very disappointed, I'm not sure why I expected more from a Bundt cake and it seemed like a very disorganized process with employees going up to customers and more behind the counter. Wasn't sure who to go to to pay .

The people at the store were nice but I was disappointed that my white chocolate raspberry bundlet was actually a lemon… I knew it tasted off and then when I cut through there was no red bits that normally are in the white chocolate raspberry.
We ordered two large bundt cakes. red velvet and white chocolate raspberry. It was a surprise for a friend that was celebrating her birthday. Delicious, every last bite and the birthday girl was so pleased!!!!

Something about this location is not right. Every location of NBC I have tried has been consistently amazing. Yesterday I tried this location for the first time and my husband and I were discussing how the cake and frosting tasted "off" like box mix and artificial tasting frosting. And now after reading the negative comments, makes sense. What a shame cuz it is in such a good location.
