Something about this location is not right. Every location of NBC I have tried has been consistently amazing. Yesterday I tried this location for the first time and my husband and I were discussing how the cake and frosting tasted "off" like box mix and artificial tasting frosting. And now after reading the negative comments, makes sense. What a shame cuz it is in such a good location.

The cakes are made from boxed mix at this location. Strawberry flavor is pink with dots... whereas at Memorial location, the cake is white with fresh ingredients... makes all the difference! All cakes in Cypress taste the same ?

I just have to brag on Jennifer and her team. I mistakenly placed my order at the Louetta location, showed up to the Cypress location to pick up my order and they politely informed me that they didn’t have my order. I pulled up my order confirmation and realized my mistake. Jennifer came out and immediately got to working on a solution for me so I didn’t have to drive to the other location. She did it a smile on her face and was so incredibly sweet. Thanks for saving the day ladies!
Imagine loving the franchise NBC and then stopping by this location to be told they don’t offer a Military Discount like every other franchise owner. India Patel has to work on that truly. How can you have 4 locations in the area and not offer a discount to all of the military members? I don’t believe that is in her best interest at all. I decided to drive to Sugarland, Richmond, and Pearland to frequent those locations instead.
The cakes taste the same because it is a franchise owner and that’s how it works. Nothing special. Service to members who’ve served this country is lacking obviously.

I placed a huge order, 31 individual cakes for my job. Something to give back to those who do so much for us.I picked up Thursday before the storm hit, they were for Friday, so of course we stored in the fridge here at work. Then Mother Nature rolled in, and completely knocked out power for 5 days. We were sad to know that the 31 cakes were pretty much going to have to be thrown away.I thought due to the circumstances, they would maybe give a small discount to replace the 31 cakes, that’s almost $200. I did explain what it was being used for and how we are just trying to give a little something back to those who make us feel important. To each its own I guess.But the lemon one is so good!

This location has a lot to be desired. Customer service stinks. I typically frequent the Memorial location and boy is it night and day! The cakes don’t even taste the same. Workers are rude, lack patience and basic customer service skills.
