Delicious, this place is wonderful to eat and enjoy with family , its flavors are unique in each dish and the service is excellent

Always great service with good hot fresh food.

The cooks could not boil pasta. It was mushy. The grilled chicken had to be cooked by Chef Mic (microwave). I recommend staying away. Even our kid would not eat her spaghetti. The seasoned veggies where boiled a long time.

This lady with curly hair and had a orange hair tie I’m not too sure what was her name cause she wasn’t even our server we were about to leave and she is telling us “comeee here ladies” cause supposedly we didn’t pay and she told us to wait and we waited and she was like oh sorry y’all are good Come again next time. Like don’t be accusing us ohh that we didn’t pay I didn’t like that but otherwise I loved our server that we had she was very nice and sweet I love how she was serving us!

I just picked up my order from this Olive Garden, and they gave me a frozen salad. Wow! I am beyond disappointed! I called and the person I talked to was very rude to me on the phone and even cut the phone on me.

hind sight 20/20, bad idea…driving home yesterday and trying to decide what to pick up for dinner, Olive Garden 290/Mason came to mind. DON’T GO HERE. I went in and ordered to go…simple, it’s JUST noodles and tomato. :/ spaghetti with meatballs, extra sauce, extra meatballs and kid’s Alfredo. ALL IN THEIR MENU, nothing custom.
I get home, extra sauce is missing, and spaghetti is BONE DRY. Ugh. I called and person TNA answers, I tell her the problems with my order. Her answer with an attitude:”what do you want me to do about it?” !!!! I proceed to tell her, “getting the order right would be good” since I just drove home into Hockley, 30 minutes away with a bowl of plain noodles and an incomplete order. Without another word, she puts me on hold. When she FINALLY gets back on the phone, I ask to speak to her manager, she tells me they’re busy managers on site JNFR AND MLS, and they’ll call me when they have time. APPARENTLY IF YOU’RE NOT A CUSTOMER ON SITE, you are NOT important customer. UGH :/ TNA takes my name and number down, supposedly ,…with a horrible attitude and hangs up. DON’T GO HERE. Terrible customer service, this is not FREE food. I minimum expect good customer service, I understand Olive Garden IS NOT GROTTO or LOMBARDI. I minimum expect good customer service. I had to “fix” what we got from Olive Garden, and basically cook at home what I got from them. Ugh. Occasionally I’d like a break after a long week at work and a break from cooking, not asking a lot.

As always, great service and very delicious food, excellent flavor of the bread and the exquisite chocolate lasagna dessert. Highly recommended.

There was still some old food on the silverware I got. Slighty psyched me out but I just used my salad fork. The waiter also forgot my wine and still charged me for it. She removed it from the bill once notified and was kind otherwise. Just a common human error no big deal. Otherwise the food was very good. Portions top notch - I got the seafood Alfredo and they didn’t skimp at all on the scallops/shrimp. Very fair price. and the rest of the experience was good. I was confused as to whether or not we were supposed to pay by summoning the waiter or using the tablets on the table. Overall it was still worth it. I plan on going back the only thing I hope management will see about this is making dishes cleaner

Service is nice but food did take a while to get on the table but everything else was wonderful food was great and I recommend trying it!
