I absolutely love this restaurant! I eat here more than twice a month, and every time the service is excellent — the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

My go-to dish is the whole tilapia with fried rice and salad, and it’s always perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I also love the ceviche tostada — so fresh and delicious. Even the chips with the green and red salsa are amazing and addicting!

I’ve tried almost everything on the menu by now, and I’ve enjoyed every single dish. You can really taste the care they put into their food.

Last Saturday, I went for karaoke night and had an amazing time! It’s such a fun addition and makes the atmosphere even more lively and inviting.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, delicious food, great service, and a fun night out. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I had an amazing experience at Ostionería Michoacán thanks to Roger, our bartender for the evening. His service was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Roger made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, offering great drink recommendations and mixing up cocktails that were absolutely on point. He kept the energy up and made sure everyone at the bar was taken care of without missing a beat. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, and Roger’s passion for great service definitely shows. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Roger every time!

We order chicken Alfredo and we get chicken nuggets.

was a nice spacious place but the food was absolutely terrible and cold like it just came out the freezer. service was not too bad but then again we were literally the only people in there. the manager is completely unprofessional and had a bad attitude. not sure if these people were ready to clock out or what but everything about this place was just ultimately not good. oh yea cant forget how they try to put a 20% without asking or letting you know.

This place was absolutely terrible. At first, drinks and service is okay. Once your food comes, all breaks loose. We were served frozen shrimp, soup that tasted like shells, and oily fajita that was like chewing gum. To top it off, they like to give themselves 20% ON YOUR RECEIPT! without you even giving the okay. Overly prized food for bad customer service. Please don’t come here. The short manager is rude and goes back to the kitchen staff to talk bad about you when there is a complaint about the food.

Experience was very dissatisfied, first time here and last time too. Waitress not very friendly, we came in 5 minutes before their happy hour ended and asked for happy hour drinks , the waitress went to check and came back and said the register had already blocked the happy hour time and we couldn’t get the drinks at happy hour time even though it was still 5 minutes before it ended. I asked her to get manager to override it to accommodate us and she checked again and came back and said manager said no. Very disappointed they don’t care about customers at this place, never again coming, we left and went to Adrian’s and were treated with respect, they do care about retaining customer not like this place let customers walk out .

Came here with my parents. They enjoyed the service and what was ordered.

Our waitress was new but she was so sweet and accommodating. She answered our questions to the best of her knowledge and if there was something she didn’t know, she’d find out.

I ordered the California style tacos that were really tasty and an horchata. The horchata wasn’t overly sweet I enjoyed it. My mom got a soup and my dad had the tilapia. Everything was good no complaints.

I had expired fetucinne pasta. The waiter told the manager. The manager was rude and told me that I was wrong. Not coming back plain and simple.

They always mess up the order. I call and the don’t answer and it’s always too loud with the music that they can’t hear on the phone.

Today we visited this location with a table of 6. No one spoke to us when we walked in . We sat down at a large table. The waitress brought us 1 chips and salsa so half the table couldnt reach. The waitress was dry and unfriendly . She didnt speak english and never offered us a english speaking waitress. We ordered and hoped for the best . Food was pretty good and service was as good as it could be with no english. But to be honest what I hated the most was the loud music that wasnt Mexican music. It was like music from central or south America which is perfect if the restaurant wasnt Ostioneria Michoacan . We expect it to be Mexican like the other locations we go to. Next time we will go to the location on 249 that we notmally go to. We were hoping that this would be our new favorite location.

My first time in this place. I had the experience with the innkeeper Mario C. He sold me 3 drinks of 12 year old Wiskey for the price of 8 dollars each and when I swipe my card to collect, he charged me for the drinks for 20 dollars each. And his only explanation was that I wasn't 12 years old and according to him he gave me 18 because he thought it would be the same. I never recommend that innkeeper. Very bad experience.
