How is possible that I spent 50 box on my order and the simple thing we came to those restaurant is to see our fortune cookie and I have even took 1 from this store. It is something that should be given by the employee. That's something unbelievable. If I just spent 10 box in my order I would understand. I see how it is decreasing the level on this chain.

They gave me spicy whatever this is instead of my sesame chicken. Secondly, when someone was ordering the food the workers were making hand signals to eachother like “HURRY UP” because the person two cars behind me were ordering “slow” wasnt gunna say nothing until they messed up my order. This was today just a few min ago.

The BEST, PERIOD! We obviously know Panda express tastes the same through out the nation ,but it's the staff. They are amazing, the food might fill your stomach but staff lightens up your day.

Made a mobile order and add an egg roll at the window and she charged me 12 dollars for an egg roll and when I came back home I checked and that stupid lady gave me fried rice when I ordered noodles never going here every again.

On weekdays the chef is great. The food is good. On weekends; specifically Sunday’s, the food is undercooked. Not sure if they have a weekend chef but the food is undercooked on non weekday days.

Terrible customer service! Told me it was a 5 min wait for kung pao chicken so they asked me to park in the front. Over 25 minutes and no one came out so I went inside and my order was still not ready because they decided to give the kung Pao chicken they made to everyone else. They said I can only choose from what they have out because they had no more. so was I supposed just wait forever outside? When I asked what can I get for the inconvenience and the wait the manager said nothing because it’s rush hour.

I dont like to leave any review but like come on. I ordered a plate with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. On my way home from work. Tell me why they just completed forgot to put orange chicken. The teriyaki is so nasty and dry. Like if there's non at least tell me to select something else.
This never happens anywhere else. I bet is cause I didn't round up.

I always have a great experience as far as customer service and good freh food. However, today the food was not it's best. The honey walnut shrimp were fresh but a little off. The terryoki chicken had a wierd taste. I just wasn't feeling it to make a complaint about it. Just one of those days y'all. The staff is always kind.
There’s this lady that was very polite and was one of the best form of customer service I’ve ever received I believe she was a manager because she was the only one wearing black and she had glasses and her name tag said Briana I tip my hat to her because it was super busy and she kept it cool and handled everything super well

Had a great experience at Panda Express today. Huge thanks to RO—he was incredibly polite and served us fresh, hot lunch plates. The rice was so fluffy, and the orange chicken was cooked to perfection. The whole crew did an awesome job. Keep being amazing!

Hands down best Panda Express food I've had in a long time. Portion size seemed way bigger than other locations. I had the grilled chicken teriyaki plate with steamed rice. I couldn't finish it all and that's unheard of for this fat guy lol. Staff were very polite and all smiles.
