If you order through the app, you'll either get it as soon as you walk in or they'll have you wait an extra 30+ minutes past your pick up time. I don't understand serving other people who just walked in vs someone who placed in order almost 30 minutes ago and barely getting the order together after that. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times.

Bathroom was dirty and the vending machine had dirt coming out of it into my cup. Table was sticky. Food was meh.

The last 3 times we have been there the food has been excellent. But today it’s right back to the way it used to be. Chicken is crispy, Beijing beef is over cooked and dry. Noodles are ok. I guess we are back to driving to the JV location.

Why is so hard for them to throw some teriyaki sauce packages when u order Uber eats with them ? I always order teriyaki chicken but they never put the sauce in my order, they don’t have the option to add that online and they never answer the phone.

You are better off ordering in store. Don't order on the app or when you arrive to pick up what you paid for they will assume you are a thief. Even showing the order confirmation will have the employees questioning your legitimacy. You get what you pay for or well maybe not.
