Horrible place. They got my son's order wrong. Had noodles instead of fried rice. He touched the chicken and noodles already before realizing it was noodles. Turned around and went back. Told them and the staff said he will give a side of fried rice. I said make a new bowl because my son has food sensitivity and won't eat the chicken since it was touching the noodles. My son has disabilities but he told manager and she said no at first. Then said ok but needed the original bowl back and I said that's wasteful and you are going to throw food away. I can eat it and manager was so rude. These companies waste food everyday. A shame. Then got home and my son said the rice was hard and dry. Worst Panda Express in town and the manager obviously doesn't care or the company but they want our money.

They had really fast service. They did not have too many veggie options. But was able to get basic fried rice and noodles with a veggie side. The food was warm enough to be consumed immediately.
Good luck ordering online, you will wait a long time to get order delivered. Customer walk in to order and get service right away while online orders are on back burner. I waited over 15 minutes to pick up order and saw this with my own eyes. Unbelievable!

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. Ordered my food 25 minutes before I had even arrived at the location to skip the line a bit, Get there my food hasn’t even begun to be prepared. I get told by a worker they’re working on it so I wait an additional 20 minutes and still don’t receive my food while multiple other mobile customers and in person customers get their food. Didn’t receive my food after waiting 45 minutes, Best believe I will be disputing the charge with My bank and taking my money across the street to a better run fast food establishment

If you order through the app, you'll either get it as soon as you walk in or they'll have you wait an extra 30+ minutes past your pick up time. I don't understand serving other people who just walked in vs someone who placed in order almost 30 minutes ago and barely getting the order together after that. Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times.
