“2024 Update: I have ordered (I the app) the blueberry lavender lemonade twice for drive through in the last week. Got pomegranate hibiscus tea the first time and regular agave lemonade this time. To be fair, I didn't ask them to fix it either time since I hate to have them throw it out when I'm not really paying for them with the unlimited sip club, but... still annoying. Could they PLEASE bring all the drinks back out for self-serve??
Original review: We don't eat out much, but Panera's unlimited sip club has made quick coffee/lemonade stops a regular habit. My daughter is usually the one to go inside and pick up our orders, so many of the employees know her face at this point. I wish they wore nametags so we could give a few shout-outs... There are definitely some great people there who do customer service very well! I wish they had more vegan & gluten-free options, but everything I've tried is excellent.
Dietary restrictions: You can avoid meat and dairy with some sandwich-building creativity. They have almond milk out with the 2% and half&half all the time for coffee. Sadly, there's not anything you can get to eat if you are both gluten-free AND vegan.
Kid-friendliness: My 7yo loves walking in for pickups with me. She's hoping to DINE IN for her birthday, because she's decided that Panera is the best restaurant ever, LOL“
“I just want to give the Sunday morning manager a shout of praise for his customer service with a smile. I came in with 3 of my sister's and he made us so comfortable and safe. He is very inviting and we have decided we Love this location. I wish I had gotten his name.“
