I also ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup, and which on the tablet I placed my order, said that it was available. When I came to grab my order, they said that they were out. I understand that sometimes certain items on the menu aren’t available, but at other locations, they usually have it placed on the tablet saying that it’s unavailable. The floors were also very disgusting. looks like they haven’t vacuumed in months.

This panera bread is always out of differnt soups and bread bowls. It has become a regular thing that I have to call and ask if they have what I want. They answer the phone 50% time, and some of the staff is rude. I had to get a mobile order refunded after they didn’t have what I ordered, and the guy asks me “you want a refund or what?” 🤡

This place is seriously filthy! Everything and everywhere I saw needed cleaning. Disgusting. They need someone cleaning the kitchen and dining room at all times. I didn’t even get a drink lid because the holder was filthy with something spilled all over it and actual dirt/dust. Tables and floors also gross. Needs a deep cleaning.

I was excited to take my husband here because he had never been to Panera. My daughter worked for Panera for 2 years, so I know some of the menu. We waited for our order and tried to find a place to sit. Most ALL the tables were dirty. Went to the ladies room to wash my hands, no paper towels. Hubby went to the men’s room and said the sink and toilet were terrible. When I returned from the restroom, I walked up to let an associate know about the tables and restroom. No one ever came out to wipe a table or attend to the restroom. I also never received a receipt for my order even though I was told it would come out with the food. I also ordered fruit which they said they were out of, but my total charge did not reflect the credit for the fruit. Im afraid that we will not be returning to this establishment.

This is the worst Panera bread around. Drive a few minutes further and go to the one on 249/Spring Cypress. But honestly when ordering food they either never have it (been told they were out of bread both times I've gone) or they make it wrong OR my fav they don't give you the full order and you get home only to realize you're missing someone's meal. They're employees are nice, but honestly idiots. They didn't know how to do a refund for an order I canceled and the manager was no where to be found. The store itself is disgusting as well. The floor is so sticky and behind the counter while waiting for food they have food all over the floor and definitely weren't practicing all the food safety laws. Definitely needs a makeover in management/customer service/ and food prep before I'll return.

I sat at the drive-thru menu waiting to orser for about 4 minutes. My daughter wanted soup. They didn't have the soup she wanted, and no other option was offered. Called her then chose another soup. I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise or any sauce. Got home, and there was some type of mayo or something on my sandwich. The people were not rude, just not friendly. Probably won't go back.
I ordered my food to go, and waited my turn, in doing so I noticed my name getting (bumped) further down the list. After 15 minutes waiting on my food, I asked why my food wasn't being prepared. I was told they "must have bumped mine down the list", but that it would be out in just a minute or two. It was another 30 minutes before I got my food. I was in the store for almost an hour in total. I will not be returning for this reason and 1 other. Walking on the tile is like walking on a glue trap, your feet stick to the tile. The employees could take a lesson or two from Chik-Fil-A on organization and efficiency.

Idk why I keep placing pickup orders knowing that im going to wait a ridiculous amount of time in the drive through to get it after my pick up time. It's always terrible in the drive through. Food is overpriced and wait time is insane considering most of it comes frozen. Wasting my lunch break waiting for a sandwich that apparently takes 30 minutes to make.
