This restaurant has old worn out floors that were sticky and filthy. Seats were also worn out. In general the restaurant is not being kept up very well. The food was also disappointing

This has to be the worst Panera I’ve ever visited. They promote a major program called the Sip Club, but when I placed an order through it and came in to pick up my drinks, the staff had no idea what “Sip Club” even was. They initially refused to give me my drinks. After a lengthy and frustrating conversation, they finally agreed—but only provided a small size instead of the large I had ordered.

the avocados are rock hard then i lifted up my sandwich to finish it to only realize there was a hair under it i will not be coming back to this location and floor is sticky👎

This place is very quiet and cozy and is an awesome place to have brunch or sit back and relax and sip coffee or tea.

My receipt says I ordered at 8:07. Two coffees and 6 bagels to go. It is 8:28 and I am still waiting. The coffees have been sitting on the counter for over ten minutes (cold). I had to give them my receipt so they sounds START preparing my bagels at 8:21. They need to go back to preparing bagels and coffee at the counter, not in the kitchen.
In addition, they should not have carpet in a restaurant. The atmosphere here is extremely rundown. If Panera wants to stay in business, they need to improve things, not make them worse. For the last two years, they have been making changes that has worsened the service. They’ve reduced the menu. They’ve changed the way. Their orders are prepped. Management needs to wake up.

Went there for lunch today. Waited and waited for someone at the cash register to take my order. Workers passed thru without acknowledgment or asking me if they could help. I will never go back there. I left & gave Potbelly my business & money even though they were busy Potbelly acknowledged me and took my order. Panera in Tomball doesn’t want or need more business evidently.

Food was okay. I mean it’s soup and sandwiches. But the store was absolutely disgusting! The carpet had stuff caked on it, our feet were sticking to the floor! All the tables were dirty, food and fingerprints all over the walls. The bathroom smelled awful, it looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in months. The toilet had pee and poo on the back of it. I got Dr.Pepper from the fountain and it smelled like mildew. If I would have looked around before I ordered we would not have eaten there. Who knows how the kitchen looked. I didn’t even want to think about it! We had to order off the kiosks, no one brings your food to the table there. By far the most disgusting Panera Bread I have ever been too! Does the owner even care about this place. It should be closed down!

Panera Bread is a great place to have good food that’s actually good. I love the breakfast menu and regular menu. I decided to go with The BLT and broccoli chest soup combo. It was delicious and so filling without be over full. The sandwich was very good and great amount of turkey bacon and lettuce. The soup is to die for, it’s so creamy and taste wonderful.

Came inside and ordered two sandwiches at 10:43 am. Didn't get our sandwiches until 11:16. The kids and person in charge were so unorganized and everyone moved incredibly slow. No purpose and urgenties. I love Panera, but will not come back to this location.

Pick 2 Half a sandwich and a cup of soup and a small drink was 24 bucks. Bread was hard and stale. Soup was disappointing. Won't be back. I can get fajitas for that cost
