Went there late afternoon about 3:30 to grab a coffee and a cookie. First off, the place just smells odd, my wife compared it to the smell of natural gas. Second, the coffee from the first container didn't even qualify as warm and when I let them know, they switched it with a second container that was only slightly warmer. Clearly they were both hours old. After complaining a second time, they brewed yet another container so after 30 minutes, I finally had a decent cup of coffee. That they had no process in place to ensure all the coffee containers are routinely checked and rotated with freshly brewed and hot coffee speaks volumes about their focus on the customer. Ever walk into any McDonald's and get a cold cup of coffee? If they are that indifferent to something as basic as coffee, I'd hate to think about what else they are indifferent to. Lastly, the last Panera I used to frequent in NJ had a rather large assortment of baked goods while this one offers almost nothing...perhaps four choices. Bummer.

I’m a huge fan of Panera Bread! The service is impeccable—staff are quick to greet you and always attentive throughout your meal. The food is delicious and healthy; their salads are fresh, and the seasonal soups never fail to impress. The ambiance of the restaurant is also perfect for a calm, enjoyable meal. The background music is low enough to have a conversation, and the seating is comfortable, whether you’re dining solo or with a group. A great spot for a wholesome meal any time of day!

This branch is very efficient and friendly customer service! I usually order tomato soup for my wife and she loves the croutons. There's only option for extra croutons which is not enough for her. I started to call after my orders and they always accommodate us. Always earlier than the expected time.

I love Panera Bread, but I just hate this style of store. At least put it in the name so people coming here can understand that it's not a real cafe. You can't sit down, talk to anyone, or look at a menu. You just order on a small screen and stand and wait. Really a terrible experience.
As always with Panera, the food is pretty solid. The staff was nice too. But man I just hate this style of store.
