This location took 30 minutes to get an order ready. They were out of the soup I wanted. I asked for a refund on the soup only. They refunded the entire order. Did not tell me, and had me wait there for another 10 minutes. Would not recommend eating at this location. Will drive further to avoid this location.

Order took over an hours place is ran terribly need to fire the whole kitchen staff and food was terrible i will never come back to this location in my left this is sad for cypress just look at the tea. Screen said order was ready but girl said no she will call when ready 40 min later then push bag on counter and sandwiches rolled out 🤦. When arrived at home this sandwiches where made incorrectly🤦🤦🤦

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed an order for just a cup of soup at the drive thru window. I waited so long for someone to come to the window and give me my order that I got frustrated and went inside. When I told them no one ever came to the window, they acted completely clueless as if they didn't even know ordsrs were being placed at the drive-thru. The manager never even approached me at the counter or offered any real apology for her team member's poor service. Instead, she just asked from the prep station if I still wanted to place an order. I left. I will never eat at this location again.
After seeing the low ratings, I completely understand why. I agree with others that the restaurant is not clean inside and the service overall is terrible!

Sunday morning at 9:30. First in line inside. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Servers looked at me, never said hello or helped. All they did was service the drive through. I’ll never go back. Complete lack of service and disregard for the customer.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at your drive-thru, as I believe it is important for improving customer service.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by a staff member while placing my order. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay of approximately eight minutes before I was prompted again to continue my order. After that, I approached the window, where I encountered further delays—no one was present to attend to me, and after waiting an additional five minutes, I honked my horn to get attention.

When a young lady finally approached the window, she was wearing gloves. I inquired if she was preparing food, to which she confirmed, and I requested to speak with a manager regarding my concerns.

The manager arrived shortly after, but unfortunately, I felt that her demeanor was less than professional. I understand that staffing challenges can occur, yet the level of service I experienced was not aligned with the standards I expect from your establishment.

When I asked for corporate contact information, the manager provided it to me in a manner that was difficult to read and displayed an unprofessional attitude by asking me to move from the window due to other customers.

I appreciate your attention to this matter, as I believe feedback like this can be a catalyst for positive change. Thank you for considering my experience as you strive to enhance customer service within your team.

30 mins wasted on BS, guess what I still don’t have any lunch! Time wasted away from work!!!! UGH
