I ordered Pizza via UberEats and Papa Johns at Louetta location (Cypress 77429) DID NOT SEAL BOX WITH TAMPER PROOF STICKERS. I will never order from them again via delivery. ANYONE could tamper with your food. The pepperoni pizza was so greasy it was almost inedible. It barely had sauce and most the pizza had no sauce. DISAPPOINTED. DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS.

Love their pizza, consistency is great and order regularly from this location. Disappointing that they don't allow use of a gift card unless it covers the entire bill (no split payments). I'd already hesitantly accepted their $5.49 delivery fee time after time, despite them expecting to also tip the delivery driver on top. That's the $10 gift card swallowed up right there, nevermind food! Don't start being tight with customers or you'll lose them just as I'm about to lose a gift card to the trash.

Claimed they didn't get my pizza order but syi charged my bank account 27.49! Waited on hold for over 10 minutes to be connected to the store placed on hold again for another 10 minutes. Hung up & called back placed on hold again , finally someone answered. Incredibly rude man who said he did not have my order, would not offer to credit the amount back! Will never order from them

We will not be ordering Papa John’s pizza from the 13050 Louetta location again. We ordered 3 (different ingredients) large pizzas and all three were tasteless, dry, and toppings were skimpy.

Hit and miss at this location. Pizza usually arrives warm enough, but the toppings are often skimpy. We ordered a pizza with sausage, onion, mushroom, and banana peppers. The veggies were a whopping $2 each to add, yet it looks like only one mushroom slice, one onion slice, and one banana pepper were each cut up and divided among the entire pizza. HUGE rip off for $6 worth of veggies! And then there’s that one slice that’s missing half the cheese.

We received our order 23 minutes later than the expected window. The pizza was nearly ambient temperature and may as well be leftovers. No longer will I be bamboozled into tipping ahead of time in the app since there is no way to change it. If he would have at least acknowledged the delivery was so late or given a shallow apology, I wouldnt feel compelled to post this.

Did y'all change the sauce and cheese recipe in the last several months because it's lacking alot of flavor then before
5.00 delivery fee? For what you don’t own the cars, you don’t pay insurance for the drivers or maintenance, you don’t even give it all the drivers you give 50% so it’s just a way to add an extra fee for profit

The pizza tracker is useless here. I left my house to pick up the pizza after the tracker said it was baking, so the pizza should've been ready shortly after I arrived to pick it up. When I got there and told them I was here for my order, they rang me up and changed my pizza tracker status to show the order was picked up. The pizza was nowhere near ready, however, as I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to come out. It was magically ready when I asked for it. If they were honest about the delay, I'd be okay with waiting. Instead, they're entering false information and padding their stats. On top of that, there were two employees handling food with no hairnet or hat on! That's a BIG no no! Will never be going back to this location.

This is the best delivery pizza location. They are always extremely fast, though my home is pretty close. They make the pizza very well too. One time they were slower than usual but not really that bad- then the delivery person apologized and said they had to remake it. And then later they hand delivered a free pizza coupon to my house because they said it should have been faster. Never had such good service from delivery pizza before.

The quality at this Papa John’s is not consistent. We always order the large “The Works” speciality - thin crust. Sometimes it is extremely dry (like very little-to-no sauce) so we then order with extra sauce. Sometimes we get a good pizza, sometimes not. Our order (#0218) at the Louetta Store on 11/15 at 6:49pm is the absolutely WORST we’ve ever had. Way too much sauce - very little ingredients - definitely NOT a crispy thin crust - was a soggy mess. It was mentioned by young lad at cash register that they “were slammed due to the fight (Tyson??). We shouldn’t be expected to accept sub-par pizza because you were busy. Maybe too many chefs in the kitchen? Can’t blame it on the automated oven. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Crust Pizza is only another mile or so. Do you want to keep us as a long-time customer? Awaiting your response.
