I guess it was a bad night! They were under staffed and extremely busy! Management needs to hire more staff especially on A Saturday night! I placed my order online to pick up in the store, and I had to wait 30 over mins for my order. My order was on point tho!!!

The cheese was horrible the more I ate it the less I wanted more idk if they changed it or just didn’t cook it right and the pepperonis were cold too. This location needs to improve a lot. The garlic knots were good all tho the inside was undercooked.

Just arrived home and had a cold Papa John pizza on my porch. I looked up the address on the pizza. No idea how the driver ended up at my house because the person who ordered the pizza is FIVE miles away. I feel bad for Rhonda on Tree Canopy.

I ordered delivery and when my food didnt arrive, I called. I was told that there was only one driver and it would be another hour or even longer for my food to be delivered.

The worst service ever. I had to cancel order after waiting over an hour. I did call after order didn't arrive by time given. They stated it was about to go out for delivery. Waited another 20 min, still no pizza so I just canceled order. Afterwards, I checked the reviews which I should've done before ordering.

Will not be ordering again received my pizza from uber eats they dont just lack toppings.I ordered a regular pizza and was given a pizza with little to no sauce the toppings where added under the cheese.There was also no structor 👎

The manager here was treating employees very poorly while we were there. The man with tattoos was working very hard and was hustling! Shout out to him! Unfortunately, I do not know his name.
The manager, on the other hand, wearing all black, was a older white man that wasn't doing anything to help the customers and yelling at his employees and almost degrading them. Do better, Papa John's. We guess he was a manager.
