Update: Manager called which i appreciate there was an issue with their system. So i did change my stats and it was very irritating but i get that systems crash and they couldn't have called us I would suggest calling and making sure your order is good to pickup if your traveling from somewhere not close just to be safe. We will try another day to order and do a pickup because we do love papa murphys pizza.

verified the time it closes ordered online an order over 50& for 3 pizzas got there at 730. 30 minutes before closing and they were closed and cleaning the facility. basically drove 30 minutes to get pizza for no reason. and back so an hour.

Easy to order, the amount of ingredients is better than any of the competitors. Prefer the home baking so I can make the crust crispier the way I like it. Only complaint is website/app ordering fails frequently. Franchisee should complain to corporate.
