Great food, Great service, they really went out of there way to help us celebrate my wifes birthday. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere
Our food tasted good. The ambience was ok except we were seated by the kitchen even though we made our reservation weeks ago. The real failure was the service. Our drink order took too long, the server failed to check on us, and our salad arrived as we were finishing our entrees, rather than before. We were so disappointed, as we were entertaining relatives from out of town and it was Christmas Eve. I think we are through with Passerella. Luckily, we have some new places in our area that are nice.
The food was incredibly prepared and tasted superb! Dylan was the best waiter and personalized the service and was very helpful and attentive! A great Christmas Eve dinner experience!!!
Went for a Christmas dinner dropped 120$ for two people my wife took one bite of her chicken piccata refused to eat any more I got a pizza it was good but salty only ended up eating like 3 pieces of it and we had a bottle of wine very unimpressed for the price tag
Didn't really care for the chicken parmesan. It was dry and had no flavor. So not happy with my choice.
We had a large party on a Friday night. The food, drinks and service were outstanding. All of our quests commented on how good the food was. Great wine list! Our server Dillon was very professional, and made great recommendations.
I have also been to their location in the heights. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Passerella benefits from a fantastic location and gives the impression of a great dining experience. The food itself was pretty good — not extraordinary, but decent enough. The chicken picatta plate was way too “busy” for such a delicate dish. But at least the flavor was there. The food saved the whole visit to be fair.
However, the rest of the experience was deeply disappointing. The bread was honestly the worst we’ve ever had in a restaurant — dry, flavorless, and crumbling all over the table. Speaking of crumbs, we actually had to ask the server to crumb the table, and even then he seemed completely uninterested in doing it. The service was attentive but the young man who served us was clearly new in the business, he did not know what a Bellini cocktail was. Big kudos to him for asking the bartender who in the end made a fantastic Bellini for my wife though .The management ? If the gentleman wearing that untidy attire, with scuffed shirt, wrinkled sweater, and had a careless attitude and involvement ( he did not stop once at our table) …if he is the manager…well the place is doomed for failure.
It’s such a shame, because the setting and location is truly top notch. The whole experience felt like we’re dining in a Denny’s diner not a fine dining location.
They have good potential but they definitely need a management overhaul and better training for their staff.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will definitely not return.

Made reservation, indoor seating not a choice. Got there and informed only seating is outside - 50 degrees!! Many available tables inside but somehow they take priority!! Super disappointed, hostess rude!

I am still lost for words right now… our experience was THAT incredible! From the moment we walked in, the service and atmosphere were absolutely perfect. The bread was delicious, the chicken parm was out of this world, and my husband had the sausage and peppers, which he loved even more after the manager brought out a special spicy sauce just because he mentioned he liked spicy food. That small touch made such a huge difference!
We ended with dessert and, just like everything else, it was incredible. Our server Bella was amazing, so kind, attentive, and on top of everything. And the manager truly took the entire experience to another level.
We will definitely be back!

Dylan was the best bartender ever…and his conversation as a bartender is priceless!
We love coming here. Every time we've come, it's been a great time. The food is excellent, the staff is always gracious and hard-working. Drinks are good, with a decent selection of wines.

We sat outside and the service was ok. Pretty slow in my opinion. The bread was burnt, but the entree was decent, nothing to rave about though. The ambiance was nice, a very nice night to be on the patio. The free champagne greeting is a very swanky though. It gave me high hopes for the overall experience. All in all, probably won't be back. There's better restaurants out there worth the time and money.
This is our first time here at Passerella’s! We are celebrating our 20th anniversary ! It Could not have been any better! From the service to the food to the attention! Best experience ever!
