Service and food were terrible. Our Paradiso drinks were great. Drinks took forever to make it to the table. The bread was awful and my kid’s pasta was bland. The service was so bad, we asked for the check before ordering dinner.

I can’t say enough about Passerella, we love the views, Chef Dixon who knows and greets us by name every time, and the entire waitstaff and bartenders! Had an awesome expression martini and our waiter Kenneth was phenomenal tonight. I highly recommend you check this restaurant out at Towne Lake Boardwalk. Best kept secret!

The chef at this restaurant will keep me coming back! I’m a huge fan of lobster, and he never disappoints. I don’t eat meat on Fridays during Lent, and after hearing the specials, I asked if the chef had any lobsters running around back in the kitchen. He came out to chat with our table and offered up a special dish for me. It was absolutely delicious and I’m not sure we’ve ever had a chef in Cypress who knows his way around a lobster like this. Thank you for another truly wonderful meal and for accommodating my picky seafood tastes! We will be back!

I'm so confused about the good reviews. I'm a local customer and an Italian cuisine lover but this place has the worst Italian food I've ever eaten. The lobster bisque was so thick that it didn't not even taste like soup - it was more like a pudding or Greek yogurt. The Fettuccine Alfredo was terrible - tasteless with a very thick sauce. I felt like I was just eating pasta covered in wet flour. My husband husband got the veal Marsala and it looked so disgusting. he got sick that night. Wasn't a fan of their bread either. The cheese pizza my daughter got was the only good thing on the table. So disappointing, as this is the only upscale restaurant on the boardwalk. The service was good though.

I had the pleasure of dining at Passerella, an Italian restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance set the stage for what was to be an unforgettable evening. The food at Passerella was nothing short of fabulous. Each dish was a wonderful surprise, echoing the authentic flavors of my Sicilian family's cooking. The chicken piccata stood out with its tart and zesty taste, so much so that I could imagine enjoying it every day of my life. The chicken Marsala was the best I've ever had, and the mussel appetizer was divine. Dipping the rustic bread into the sauce was an irresistible treat. The heart of Passerella's food and flavor is undoubtedly the chef, Dixon. It was such a treat to speak with him personally and share my appreciation for his culinary creations. His passion for cooking is evident in every dish he prepares. Our server, Tre, was a delight, adding to the overall enjoyment of our evening. His attentive and friendly service made us feel welcome and well cared for.The entire experience at Passerella was so enjoyable that it left us excited to return as soon as possible. If you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience with exceptional food and service, Passerella is the place to go.

The hubs and I stopped by on our way home from work to have a glass of wine. We’ve passed by several times and today we decided to check it out. We were beyond impressed! Tony the bartender knows his stuff! Very personable and witty! We decided to have some dinner and started out with the Lobster bisque! Fantastic! We then moved on to the chicken Parmesan…omg…the chicken was crispy and light, and the sauce was everything! We’ve found our new date night spot!! We will definitely be back!!

Great choice for casual dining or a date. We visited for Valentine's Day. The staff was accommodating, our food was enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary wine as we entered the restaurant. I recommend Passerella with full confidence.
