My daughter and I come to the Cypress Pei Wei once a week these days. We enjoy the fresh ingredients, clean atmosphere. The manager, Lorie, is so friendly to guests and her staff. It is a lunch outing that we look forward to on a weekly basis.

This our first time in this Restaurant and I must admit, The Atmosphere was Absolutely Fantastic and the Manager Lorie Barton is Absolutely Amazing and she knows what she doing. When we told her this our first time (My Wife and I) in here, she instantly made us feel Comfortable and she explain the mebu, the food and how it's cooked to give us the best experience we could get from the visit and food we received from here. To make this story short, we will Most Definitely come back here to eat again but maybe next time we'll dine in and enjoy the food for sure. Thank you Mrs. Lorie Barton and we'll be back to eat here again

This was my husband and I first visit, from the moment we walked into the door. Ms. Lori Barton greeted us with the most welcoming smile! She offered us the best options for what it is was that we wanted. When going to this location make sure to ask for her, this was a Awsome Experience. We will be back again!

So I'm rating this place based on what it is, fast food Americanized Chinese food. I usually go to Panda Express but Pei Wei has more options and they bring the food to your table. This particular Pei Wei had good tasting fast food and excellent service. I would definitely go back.

I wish I hadn’t come here. Ordered 3 entrees for dine-in on a Saturday afternoon, and we waited over an hour to receive the food, which wasn’t even very good after all that wait. There were only 4 employees. 3 in the back cooking, and one guy doing all the front of house stuff, taking orders, waiting, bussing, and handling takeout. The restaurant was full of dirty tables that went untouched for the entire 1.5 hours we were there because this guy did not have enough time to do all of those jobs and take orders. Absolutely horribly managed. There’s no reason to have only one person basically running the whole place on a busy Saturday afternoon. I have no idea why someone thinks running a restaurant like this is acceptable. The restaurant also served about 20 takeout orders between the time I ordered and when I got my food, so clearly they prioritize DoorDash and takeout over the dine in customers.
